The Maglink is required for Simhub intergration. When i bought it i had the discussion with Martin from Race Anywhere and he said that to use it with simhub i required the Maglink. I use Simhub foir the Daniel Newman profile which gioves you flags on the wheel and a spotter just extra aids also adds other stuff too which i havent looked into.
Do you have the v3 alpha mini? Some say its not as strong as the original base, but ive had the gt neo and alpha mini for almost 2 months now.. absolutely love it. I would recommend the alpha tho honestly if you can afford it. The mini is fine for me as i have broken my wrist before and many bones in my hands.
@@kdcustoms1272 not sure which I have. It was bought new so presume whichever is the latest version of it. I love it too as I say in the video my only gripe is that stupid power switch 😂😂
Im looking for a rig currently also. I really want the sim lab p1x pro, but $250 shipping is the only thing keeping me from ordering it, well that and it never shows it in stock. Really dont want to spend $1500 and have to wait 2 weeks or more. I might just order it. Looks so clean.
@@kdcustoms1272 I am very limited on space so have to be careful what I have. I race in the living room right next to the wife's TV so god help me if I took to much room 😂😂
@@kdcustoms1272 I will give that a try,I really don't like a heavy wheel though and on 100% it feels really heavy, but will have a mess around as still trying to find the perfect settings for me
Don't think you need the mag link if you have both Simagic wheel and base. The mag link is for connecting the GT Neo to other wheel bases.

Thanks Phil, wasn't aware of the Simhub issue.

Ive always been told its best to set ffb to max in the wheel app, then turn it down in game settings if its to much.
