I understood the SIP concept for MF, If you give SIP details of 10K or 50K it will be deducted from bank account every month and invested accordingly. For share market, how people used to do SIP? For example, if you have invested in 30 to 40 stocks for long term. How SIP can be done regularly, 1) market may be bearish and bullish, investment on that day depends upon the Last Traded Price which will not be fixed and shares cannot be bought for particular amount but has to be bought as number of shares, amount may varry. 2) To do SIP on all 40 shares, people may need more than 1Lack of money per month as some shares maybe less than 100 or 1K or some maybe above 5K atleast to buy min numbers of shares regularly. is it possible to do for monthly earners. 3) How best SIP can be done? is it done only on ETFs? How it works for share market for long term investors apart from mutual fund
