Yes, please people, don’t feed just eggshell and all without baking and grinding it first. The pieces could harm your dog esophagus when given whole. Not sure why didn’t mention it on the video. Now, quail eggs on the other hand have super soft shells that can be given whole

I love how all USA videos casually mention about pasture raised eggs being the best option as though its 1) cheaper than free range and 2) countries outside USA sell pasture raised eggs as an option in grocery shops
Finally, I keep seeing the question, but unless I want to listen to and watch to a long drawn out sales pitch- I don't get the answer, until NOW - thank you and yes - I have been on the raw food half and half
- fresh pet - 2 varieties of raw - an pieces of raw beef liver. With the beef liver, my dog looks at me like, she can't believe, what did she do? How can she do it again? ( It's slow for me)
Hey Constance! Fresh Pet has had a lot of recalls and mold issues. If you need to feed a half and half diet, check out the canned options from Nature's Logic! Much higher quality :)

What is 'moderation'? I feed my 13-lb super-hyper Schipperke 2 raw eggs per day and her health has definitely improved. I'm thinking of increasing the eggs for my 90-lb German Shepherd who gets some supplemental raw but Not totally raw. I buy only eggs from a local farmer whose chickens are freely foraging. Can you give an idea by weight as to how many eggs are ok to give? I'd like to give my GSD more...
Typically one egg per day is plenty unless you are feeding tiny quail eggs! :)
There are pros and cons to feeding dogs raw eggs with the shell. I cook the eggs lightly and throw away the shells.
It often depends on your comfort level as well! :)

I haven't got on the raw food band wagon! But I do feed my pup fresh food and I do add one lightly cooked 🥚 each morning using extra virgin olive oil. For those adding 🥚shells to the food get a coffee grinder to turn it into powder. But first bake the shells in the oven at 250° for about 10 minutes to dry them out. It will be much better absorbed and more pleasing to your pup's taste buds!
You don't want to feed your dog commercial store bought egg shells that have been treated with chemicals or bleach.

Wouldn’t the egg shell grind… make your dog digestion track to cleanse? I mean… wouldn’t it make your dog poop in larger amounts? Same effect as toasted pumpkin seeds grinder?

Free range could mean they are out of a cage, but still crowded in that space. Pasture raised and organic means outside. In a nutshell explanation.
Free range means not raised in battery cages! We prefer pasture raised and organic when possible :)

Boiled eggs can be fed, but we prefer to feed them raw! Dogs can have an egg daily or a few times per week, up to you and your dog on how often you want to feed them!

They can be! Some dogs tolerate eggs much better then chicken itself, but it would be best to check with your vet :)
Eggs better be ok because I’m poor and not going into debt to feed this stray over my own kids. 😂
