Saundra Santiago, truly a beautiful person both inside and out
I LOVE Saundra Santiago, she is lovely and funny what a beatiful women.
God she is beautiful. Good upload!
Sandra Santiago 😍 🌴 MIAMI VICE 🌴 😎
I love the sweetness of girls like Saundra-- so genuine-- like an angel
She is so straightforward
Back in the days people were like that . very innocent and nothing in heart
Amazing all 3 guests are still living.
Teresa was lovely, But Saundra, well she was a whole other level, how could any guy not be seriously crushed on that sweet, gorgeous Latina Goddess? Even now, in her 60's she's a doll.
I had such a crush on her back when I was in high school.
Great upload - can't get enough of this stuff
Thanks for the comment. I agree
Saundra Santiago is adorable here! And she has kept that incredible figure over the years! I also had no idea what her accent sounded like off her shows. She has a bit of a NY accent? Just saw her in To Sir with Love II tonight and it made me look her up! Lovely lady.
What sounds like a NY accent is probably just the Latin background. As far as I know, she grew up in Homestead, FL, and was the only 'local' in the show.
@@YTOnceAgain Here's a clip of her speaking in natural voice at a convention, and I don't hear a trace of the accent above! I know her primarily from Guiding Light, where she played Carmen (Mafia style boss lady), and she had very precise, crisp diction, as if she had learned English as a second language, which she must have done for the character. She sounds much more refined in this clip: ua-cam.com/video/lTKqvZrgZEA/v-deo.html . Kudos to her, because here, on GL, and then in 2015 natural voice all sound completely different to me! Also, check her out - nearly 30 years after this clip she has barely aged!
An incredibly unique beauty. Even the lovely Dahlia Flowers are not arrayed so beautifully.
Saundra was a fox, still a good looking woman today. And seems very down to earth, loved her in miami vice.
wonderful interviw
Oh such great people back then. Happy Days
Great show ❤
Maybe it's just me, but this nice lady, Sandra Santiago, reminds me, of Gilda Radner, at times. Then as she got more comfortable in talking about herself more, she reminded me of Gracie Allen. and the wonderful way Gracie Allen would tell a story and make you laugh. In spite of being nervous as heck and maybe a little self conscious, she hung in there and it turned out to be a fun interview.
I miss Johnny Carson
Well, this was nice. She seems like a lovely lady. Thanks for uploading.
Saundra Santiago and Olivia Brown were two beautiful women in Miami vice
Bellisima, preciosa mujer.
She's so charming and cute, just lovely as Carson says.
👍 Yeah, she's a real *toy*
Teresa Ganzel wore that same outfit on an episode of "The $100,000 Pyramid!" Cool!
So cute!!! I was laughing so hard!!
Saundra is so funny and has a beautiful voice. Johnny Carson was the best and Jimmy Fallon can't hold a candle to him
She is so funny, cute, sweet, and charming. Love her face and smile.
One of the most beautifull women in TV history
Damnn what a beauty.
That people, is what I call wifey material. They don't make women like these anymore.
@Zero Cool Saundra Santiago
Hey, it’s Jeannie Cusimanno. She looks really well-her sister must’ve got Meadow got into Georgetown
I just love Saundra's voice; excellent singer too, not just in "Miami Vice", but she sang The National Anthem during the 1986 World series (I think it was Game 7, Correction: game 3).
Yeah when I heard her voice, I thought that was amazing. Really big and powerful singing by Saundra at the world series and of course a beautiful singing voice in the episode "Heroes of The revolution," which was actually made especially with focus on her singing talent, due to that Michael Mann heard her performance on television. I once tried to find that World series on UA-cam, cause I would have loved to hear more, but no luck.
I've never found clips of that performance in the World Series either.
Hard to find but she did record 1 CD - Saundra Santiago - Live
I bet it's pretty good.
gluserty it really is good or should I say great. Maybe I can figure out a way to share but I got the distinct impression that Saundra did not want the CD to be available.
Carman Santos
Great actor...👍👍👍
Very natural - she still looks good
Saundra Santiago
Teresa's voice...it's like a cartoon character came to life...
Saundra is smokin' HOT.
Teresa Ganzel making Toledo proud!
10:47 Saundra
Saundra Santiago has the best personality. Just love her.
She's so pretty and sweet! She's Very Nervous when she first shows up but I love her look and her voice! WOW!!!
Saundra was lovely then, and is still lovely. I wonder if her dog ever got into commercial work.

I ended up finding her one day on Facebook after watching Bought and Paid For on Miami Vice, and I was very star struck, in fact, so star struck that she didn't say much. I just felt like it was invading her privacy, you know?
+William Hall I haven't spoken to her personally, but I think, I would feel the same way you described it.
"Bought and Paid for" is one of my favorite episodes and I love her character on the show.
It just felt very invading from my perspective.
Yes I completely agree with that. Just because they are celebrities, doesn't mean they don't have right to their privacy.
She's doing great though. Living in New York and stuff.
Yeah and she has aged well. Still naturally beautiful.
Teresa Ganzel played Larry’s short term girlfriend in an episode of “Newhart”.
"The Seven Eleven's a great place to meet, it's like the Hall of Justice." One thing Carson did that James Corden and Graham Norton do is keep all his guests on the couch. I wish Colbert and Seth would start doing that. Then again, Johnny had to fill an hour and a half, but there was a lot of gold he mined from a couch of celebs.
gina calabrese as very best actress best woman
Did Saundra ever return with her dog?
I love that outro music at the end... Anyone know the name of that musical piece?
Never be another like Johnny..and Gina is cool too lol
I was never a fan of Carson but still watched his shows for the guests. When we had Caron and Leetterman ....they alwayss had A-list stars....when there were so many still working. When hollywood/TV productions were "in their prime"....which isn't to say there aren't any good TV programming today but it's A LOT LESS...for qualiyt we have today Dick WOlf Prodution shoes and Donald Bellisario (still in operation)...but nothing really original and "destined to be a classic".....e.g. with legendary comedians and actors.....and "landmark TV shows" like Miami Vice--which did so much for pop culture and rviitlizing Miami...and their South Beach street...which was "dead" before MV ....MV made Miami an "in spot"....not just a place for retired Jewish couples. from up north....
Tommy Newson was a "sometimes-hidden" funny man in addition to being a wonderful musician.
Loved the hell out of Saundrs.....never cared for anyone as much.
She was and still is just the most beautiful Woman.
Licky licky......Mmmmm...
Totally in love and Saundra............would make her eyes roll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Take it easy pal that’s my wife your talking about
@@shaieresmirnoff And you sh*t and play in it too....

Just how coked up was Saundra here?
Patrick Conroy What do you mean?
Lol, I typed this when I first saw her come on screen. I was assuming she was hopped up on something because of the way she was acting, but I didn't realize that she was really just that nervous. Seems odd for someone who works with some of the biggest names at the time - Michael Mann, Don Johnson, Philip Michael Thomas - to be so nervous about an interview.
Ah, that! Haha. Yes, she talked about it in "Friday Night Videos" with Michael Talbott and described it as sitting in the "hot chair." It was a terrifying experience for her. Some just have stage freight. Or there are actors/musicians, who perform with ease and self-confidence on stage, but then in reality are really shy with other people.
Maybe you're the one that's coked up. She seemed fine.
Ha???
