Anyway, i hope you enjoy my videos, thank you for watching!

Peace & Love
At 14:32 mark, Rabea plays the Bender. At 14:40 mark, Rabea smiles and says, "That sounds good." Um...that sounded GREAT! Love everything about Rabea: his personality, his playing, and most important, his 'Fro! Ha! Cheers from NJ, USA.
One from Russia, one from Japan, and two from that famous country - London.
Right ? Almost everyone speaks London these days. Wonderful country
Ah yes the city of Russia and the country of London. Lol
Yep it's not part of the UK anymore.
Russia is the capital of London. Everybody knows.
England is my city
Best demo i've seen of this pedals! My heart is with the Bender ♡
The one time I want that dude with the timestamp post, nowhere to be seen....
Your time to shine has come. YOU could be the timestamp guy, TODAY.
Very informative demoing. Thoughtful advice. Awesome playing. Very well done, indeed. Thank you Rabea!
GREAT demo, and quickly published along with release.
Video quality and production looks amazing bea!
Thank you brother!!
You cranked on each one like no one!!
Supreme, Crimson, Bender are on the way for me . BADASS
Epic Bro!!!! now I understand so much about Fuzz tone!! it's fantastic to have the release year on the box. yeah. Great Video!! Cheers!!!
Tnx for this exhaustive demo! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Really great demo ! And now, I WANT ALL OF THEM !!!!!! :-D
Thank you Rabea for this excellent demo esp of the Supreme which I have just gone and bought one... I have a few fuzz pedals but this Supreme I think is gonna be my all time fave. Love your channel
That supreme with the tone switch is on another level
Never short of fuzz tones Rabea, nice.
Your queens song for the dead tone sounded spot on! Love your videos man I've been watching you for ages.
Rabea Massad = Master of Tones
Ps: I really miss "Sounds like..."!! 😔😓
agreed on both points.
☹️
Hes done with the music store?
I bought the Bender off of Reverb on Friday. It’ll be here tomorrow. By the sound of this, I made the best choice. Splendid playing, as usual!
love when you hit that chord and make the stink face. Your vids are so awesome Bea.
Rabea is such an awesome player I always enjoy his videos. He has definitely lost weight as well good for you man. Cheers.
Love the Tone Bender!! I had about 6 of them back in the 80s, when everyone wanted rid of them and they dropped them on the guy just learning to play... So, obviously, I undervalued them and they were all gone by the time I plugged into my Rat 2! Tears of dumbassedness are what I cry!!
Great to hear these awesome pedals getting a good working over!!
This was fuzztastic! Rabea's hair was actually straight before this video. I am so hyped to get these!
Great review man loved the crimson but they all sound epic.
First of all, THIS is a proper demo! Hats off to Rabea!!!
My 12 points go to the Supreme. I love the fact that it's different, it's dirty and I love the extra features. Josh did a great job here on every one of these pedals. I'm not really into fuzz and when I look on Reverb and the price tags on fuzz pedals no-one ever even heard about (2nd hand), I don't even feel tempted. But these pedals sound great and aren't crazy expensive. I might buy the Supreme one day. It sounds killer!
JHS continues to be the brand i find myself buying repeatedly... with pleasure and with rewards. These fuzz pedals are powerful tools at reasonable cost.
Yeah just got my first one Smiley for me The battery clip sealed the deal for me
These look soooo good
JHS are killing it
That tone switch mode on the Supreme 10:48 is the Electric Wizard sound right there! Just drop it to B standard and riff away!
they used a boss fz2 witch is a super fuzz clone so yes ... almost the same
@@litos_mendes That's right you know what's up! 🤘 And it's even closer with that tone switch mode
If you want to get that sound for dirt cheap you can try the Behringer SF300. It even has 3 modes aswell.
I think you meant "smoke away"
@@2und2sind4 yes it's the plastic enclosure clone of the discontinued Boss FZ-2
Dude. Yes. Please keep it up with the JHS demos and Friedman demos!
Sick video as usual!
I apparently missed this. Awesome job demoing these pedals Rabea sir !!
Hendrix would have loved the Supreme Japan 1972. I think it was what he was looking for; you could hear some of that in his music that he was trying to get to.
Stupid sleeping pills
@@kosmicwizard nah stupid illuminati people in Hollywood had him killed
Loved how we teleported to Queens of the Stoneage for a moment!
I feel like I just listened to an entire Smashing Pumpkins album. Cool pedals and nice demo Bea!
Love the new thumbnail vibes
Wow that room looks so sick!!🤘🏻
Just nabbed a Bender before I even saw this.
This has confirmed I made the right decision.
Haha I did exactly the same :D
That makes 3 of us! 🙋🏻♂️

7 Here!
Oh I was hoping I'd get your take on these! I have the crimson coming!
That riff at around 15:25 is awesome!
16:09 your face when those mids cut through 😂🔥🤘
Sounds KILLER.
Damn bud...leave some riffs for the rest of us! 😁 Fantastic video, as always!
Ordered myself the Bender, can’t wait to get it!
That "Bender" is awesome
Nice 360 flip man!
THE BENDER TONE WITH THE LES PAUL. I MADE A FACE WHEN YOU PLAYED IT. STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANK.
me too
That sounded excellent.
Bender and supreme are the most interesting I find. Great review and sound
Man.......IDK why but fuzz is one of those effects like envelope filters and others that just haven't been something I've went for. I do know alot of players have been literally HOOKED on the certain tone and feel that fuzz seems to deliver.
Sound fantastic, especially the Bender and Smiley for me.
“Basically, sustain and anger” 😂❤️❤️❤️ on Bender...👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Bought the bender this afternoon. Can't wait for it to arrive.
Bro! LP crushed it with the Crimson! That riff was amazing! I need to know those chords!
This comment section has confirmed: the Tone Bender is the greatest of all the fuzz families
I bought a Keeley Fuzz Bender because of Rabea's demo. With this... he's about to Rabea me of all my money. Josh Scott knows how to build a pedal, and Josh Scott knows who will sell a pedal.
10:50 cant wait, to hear that sound in context of Toska sound. I think, this is perfect for Bea's fuzz tone in Toska.
Everyone talking about the Bender in the comments... to my ear the Crimson took 1st place in this demo. Defiantly something for everyone here, great demo 🤩🤘
That black & gold LP 🔥🔥🔥
Crimson and Bender...tone switch on Supreme excellent!
Terrific demo. Best I've heard so far with this series of pedals from JHS. Smiley and Crimson have my attention, but Supreme is talking to me also. Again, awesome demo. Probably not original, but is it right for a Yank like me to pronounce Rabea pretty much like 'Raw Beer'?
AMAZING sounding pedals and with really BEAUTIFUL looks !!!!
but ... those knobs !!!! that knobs placement !!!!
I cant understand ...!!!!
Takes loads of sapce on an already "packed" pedalboard ... and they are really hard to to read and reach !!!!!
JHS always does everything with such (good) details .... and now ....
i beg ... do a version2 with the knobs on top of the pedals .... pleeeeeaseeeee ...
cause they look and sound AMAZINGGGGG!!
Rabea ... you Rock !!!!!
Greetings from Portugal
Stay safe!
Great explanation and tone challenge! Various types of fuzz isn't usually covered!
About the "issue" you mention at 12:33 i have written to jhs and they wrote me back you can play with the trim pot inside the pedal. It is inside the little hole at the center of the pcb. I've just done it and the pedal now has a huge sustain even on legatos;)
Yeah that Bender is crazy good... also surprised by the Crimson.
This video has left me with permanent stank face... godly tones!
Mannnnn the JHS switch engaged on the crimson sounds killer.
So now we know why Josh at JHS was in England doing a fuzz pedal show with the guys from that pedal show at Macari's. Research gathering
and they aren't ghey pastel colored
I feel like Josh is in RnD at all times
i know it is quite off topic but do anyone know of a good website to stream new series online ?
@Emery Marcus flixportal =)
@Mitchell Lyle Thank you, I signed up and it seems to work :D I really appreciate it !!
Massive fuzz geek and then I see one of my favourite modern guitarists drop a demo. Today is a good day 🤘🏻
Watched the Sound Like QOTSA by busting just before this, threw me a little when you came in with the Les Paul & Songs for the dead!
The Crimson is my favourite of these, I LOVE the tone with the Strat!
Nice.
Love it :-D
Love the fuzz as it still regards as one of my favourite pedal sounds. Who gives a FUZZ?!
Just doing the rounds. Comparing what everybody is doing with these. Bea. I expect greatness.
12:09 it needs either a push on input or more resistance where it's biased.
I’ve always loved fuzz pedals and I bought my first one (EHX Big Muff) a couple years ago when my band and I was doing a Smashing Pumpkins song (I’ve always loved Billy Corgan’s playing and he’s definitely one reason why I got it), and plus I’ve always wanted a fuzz pedal
Sounds like you need to checkout JHS’s “Pumpkin Pi” Mod on EHX’s Op-Amp Big Muff (Orange)! Cleans up beautifully too! Love mine. 🎃
Robot and Girl A friend of mine has that pedal and let me try it out, it sounds awesome and plays great
Big Muff is love, Big Muff is life.
Tonebender is just awesome.
Best gear demo intro ever, man. Nailed it.
Cool sounds too, as always.
Cheers
I just caught your Dad’s channel and family video by accident. You have a beautiful family Bea!
Damn, Josh really nailed tf outta each one of those honestly made them each even better with the Jhs mode. My primary tone is fuzz based. Been using the Bumble Buzz for about two years now and have been waiting till a good replacement comes to market. Been mixing it in with the KMA Moai Maea for like the best Octo - fuzz tone I've ever heard. Was just about to buy the Blood Buzz from Eastwood too. Think I'ma hold off until I can try these. Bet these cost way less than the Blood Buzz
bender, bender, bender, holy shit. wow, it sounds so wicked.
Yeah this video alone could sell Benders all day :)
That fuzz on a baritone and roll out some deep heavy fuzzy blues brother.
In the other video, I didn't think the pickup covers looked that bad. watching this today, they are way too white as you said. I can't wait to see it with parchment covers.
I can't wait for my JHS Bender to arrive
all these sound gret! i gotta get me a bender style fuzz now haha
The Supreme and Bender are my faves.
14:34 is the face of approval
Ordered a bender even before I watched the video. Can’t wait
🙋🏻♂️
Me too. Got the Supreme as well…gotta have an “out there” option. ☺️
I used to own 6 originals back in the 80s... How much d'you reckon I wish I had even one of them now! Might well have to get one of these JHS clones, they sound great!
Dammit... I want them all!!
I'll be the guy who corrects the Tonebender descpription to Mk3. Cheers! Great to see these get a run through a player that understands fuzz
that only makes sense coming from a man with a Fuzz Face pfp
@@Roxanneredpanda it's ironic, I don't like fuzz faces. :)
A you've been reviewing quite a few pedals lately and also work extensively with the Neural DSP plugins, how about showcasing some of the pedals through the plugins? Would be fantastic if they took analog pedals as well as the built in digital ones.
Great demo! bender is the one for me... now that or the keeley fuzz bender?
These sound really good, very siamese dream.
The Supreme! Looks like the Super Fuzz is back :) Way cool. Listen to Fu Manchu to give you an idea of how it's meant to be used properly.
Yup. D Standard tuning playing into a JCM800 with moderate breakup. Scott is running hot rails pickups.
That supreme with the tone switch and JHS mod in would sound sick on a down tuned guitar... And possibly sound like the Reapers in Mass Effect with some volume swell, possibly a pitch shifter pedal. also love the Crimson and Bender, they tie for me.
Nice🔥
I have an original early 1970's Tonebender - and the sonic similarity is very close indeed. 👽👍
(they all vary a bit)
Wow! Fuzzy Beast mode activated!! 😋
Bea did you try cleaning up the Smiley with the guitar volume pot?
For me that's the beauty of the FF circuits
i was searching that tone in the video hahaha
The Supreme would sound insane on your baritone.
BENDER all the way. Im getting one for sure!
The supreme has a internal gate adjustment pot if you open up the back plate and use a small screwdriver. Something JHS should mention in the directions that come with it. I had to email JHS and they told me about it and I cranked it all the way to the right and it made a world of difference
smiley and bender are my fav's. but that heavy chunk of the Crimson is sexy
Great content as always! I really enjoy your channel! I wonder how they sound with an analog synth or a Hammond organ. Did you try any of these with a keyboard?
Was saving for a tube screamer but think I need a Bender now. Would drive my Custom into super fuzz territory
I used to own a few originals back in the 80s - awesome! But... OK, now I don't have any - you won't regret getting one of the tone bender clones - I wish I knew then what I know now!
Rabea, if you ever release a signature fuzz pedal...please call it the "Fuzzy 'phro" cuz y'know you got a fuzzy 'phro to go with the fuzzy tone
