These Orlando area market updates are outstanding. Please keep them coming! We used your agency in 2019 when purchasing our current home and will certainly use you in the future as well.
Altamonte is a great area. Close to Winter park, and central to everything Orlando. Nothing is too far away. 20 min to downtown Orlando, 20 min to Sanford, 20 min to UCF, 25 min to winter garden, 35 min to Disney, just Under an hour to NSB. Hard to beat for the price
Great objective information! I'd like to hear more of this type of content personally. Thank you for diving into the details and sharing though! Great job.
It's a long play. People buy there because it's affordable. Still a bit farther of a drive from most amentiies. That said, if you're open to waiting out 5-10 years, I think it'll be just as popular as a clermont
"Orlando has been one of the fastest growing Metropolitan areas in the entire country for the past few years..." Me, a native Orlandoan: "It HAS?........WHY?"
My wife and I were going to look at STR options in the central Florida area in August (Kissimmee, Davenport, Reunion). Is now a bad time to buy? I just read that Disney had its lowest attendance in 10 years on July 4th, which is usually one of their busiest days. I realize Florida has more to offer than just Disney. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
