Having been through this journey myself, I can vouch for the oils I’m mentioning below-
Grind curry leaves and put in coconut oil on low heat until they turn black. Use once a week. Apply gently on the scalp dont massage too much, a lot of hair falls.
Grind fenugreek seeds and black sesame seeds separately, then put them together in coconut oil and use.
Please strain before you use and make sure the oil is warm when you apply. This majorly helps!
Was your hair thin at front like Zoey’s? How long did it take for your hair growth? How often do you use this and how long do you keep it in? Do you have pictures of before and after? Thank you! I have zoey’s same issue so I’m interested.
@@jenniferguerrero6834 wish I had before and after pics, but I vouch for the above. Although, I tailored it to my needs, I grind curry leaves and boil them in coconut oil and apply it warm. It has worked. The trick is to be patient and consistent.
Apart from this, I drink a smoothie of spinach, lettuce, kale, flax seeds, bananas, coconut water, lemon daily. This has helped me flush toxins.
I also apply hair packs every alternate week. Typically of hibiscus leaf powder, gooseberry powder (Indian Amla), fenugreek powder.
I've been seeing amazing results, although it took me about 3 months to even start seeing results.
I can vouch for the fenugreek&black seed oil too. It’s really helped me with my hair too. I infuse it with castor and coconut oil and it’s amazing at promoting new hair

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before, but Florida has terrible hard water, at least where I’m located. The minerals such as calcium and magnesium build up on your follicles. My hair also started thinning, but once I replaced the regular shower head with a shower filter it changed my hair and skin completely. A shower filter in combination with a scalp scrub was my holy grail 🙌🏼 wouldn’t hurt to give it a try!

Thank you for sharing & raising awareness. My hair loss started in my early twenties & I just got it under control in my late thirties so never lose hope!! I was diagnosed with female pattern hair loss, low ferritin & low vitamin d. What worked for me under 6 months is as follows- I wish I knew this sooner & hope it helps you & others. 1. Rogaine 5% foam absolute hair saver if you only do one thing then this should be it... the single most effective thing in growing new hair 2. Biotin 2000 or as high as you can go without getting acne as it works really well in stopping the hair falling 3. Iron, Omega, vit c & vitamin d supplements on top of daily supplement for women 4. Washing more regularly as dirty hair is dirty scalp which isn’t a good environment for growing new hair 5. Diet loads of water, veggies, nuts & protein.

I’ve been having the same problem, went and got a blood test done and my vitamin D levels were extremely low. After some research, there are studies linking low vitamin D to non scarring alopecia!! Hair should start growing back 6 weeks after proper dosage☺️ Hope this helps anyone looking for answers!

I highly recommend getting your scalp microbladed and not using any type of pigment to cover up hair loss, it can cause your hair follicles to get plugged and further hair loss. I had my scalp microbladed and I’ve noticed hair growth and I’m no longer insecure about my scalp 💜
Was is just natural hair loss? I got a keratin treatment a year ago and my hair started to fall out and im balding in a couple of areas. I'm so sad and idk what to do

I started taking Nutrifol vitamins about six months ago and now really see baby hairs coming out. I am very happy with that. I also use Olaplex to keep the strands strong. You are right about keeping scalp and hair healthy are two different things. And I feel adding the Nutrifol is helping from the inside out too.

Hello Zoe. I live in Australia and just now stumbled across your channel. You are so pretty and lovely. Very much liked your videos. I got here through searching for thinning hair solutions and find your suggestions very helpful. I just wish to say it's very brave how you have put yourself out there with this issue that is so hard to talk about. I suffer from PCOS which has caused my thinning hair and of course twined with menopause it's caused me no end of grief. Anyway, many thanks for your empowering videos. So great to see how well your hair is doing. As someone that is also losing my hair early I felt your pain watching you recording over the years. For me, I ordered bondi boost but everytime I use the shampoo/conditioner, and hair mask, my hair falls out like crazy!! i tried to stick to it, but I just cant anymore. I have alopecia, and I dont think I should continue with bondi boost :( Was quite disappointed.

I’ve heard great things about olaplex and I will give it a try. I noticed less hair breakage but it’s too early to confirm the progress. I still get self conscious about how I wear my hair each day because people always say ‘you’re balding’..

I’ve been using bondi boost shampoo, intense tonic, and procapil as well IRestore helmet for about 3 months and I feel like I’ve seen some result. Tons of baby hairs but my shedding is just barely slowing down.

Hi Zoe. The root covering spay will let the light shine through your scalp and it will look like you have painted scalp or at least this was my experience when using it. Have you noticed this on yourself when under these lights from department stores por example? The fibers works better for me on this regard 😊

Have you been to a dermatologist? It looks like you have androgenic alopecia in which you need to get on the right management plan or it'll just continue to get worse, even though it does look better from your low point. Just got diagnosed with it and trying to find the right plan for me..

@@laurengonzalez3484 Hi - I got diagnosed with androgenic alopecia (AGA) a few months ago and currently am using minoxidil (rogaine) foam on my scalp once a day. Since I have PCOS, I try to live a PCOS friendly life style (exercise, eat less carbs/sugar, etc) and am also on a low androgenic birth control.. I also supplement with multi vitamins, vitamin d3, collagen. I dermaroll at least once a week. I also use special shampoo that has keto in it (a popular brand is nizoral) which blocks DHT which is what your scalp is sensitive to if you have AGA. If you're interested in reading more, there's a whole subreddit r/femalehairloss which is very helpful!

I’m currently taking Minoxidil tablets. I’ve been taking them for a month now but haven’t seen improvement in fall out yet.
That’s essentially what’s in Bondi Boost (ProCapil) but they use an alternative that’s natural with less side effects. 😊

I'm kind of new to your channel. My hair has become super thin due to stress, using substandard products and most likely genetics. This video gave me a great idea of where I need to start. Thank you so much for that! It takes big stones to have the courage to do what you do! I recently bought a microneedle roller, mainly for my face. I was reading up on it and it says it's good to use on the scalp to promote hair growth. So, I wanted to ask if you've ever tried microneedling!?
The Bondi Boost website says that all orders to the USA over $65 USD is free shipping. I'm ordering the bundle! I'm also ordering the Oleplex. I tried so many products including Nioxin & I only lost more hair as a result. No new hair growth at all.

How long did you use nioxin for? It didn’t help at all?
@@jenniferguerrero6834 The bottles of Nioxin were big and lasted me 5 months. I continued to lose more hair instead of at least seeing a reduction of hair loss, and there wasn't any new hair at all. I wasn't under any kind of stress and I'd been eating better and working out. I was doing great health-wise & in life. My family all have full thick hair, even the men in their old age. I just must be the factory reject. LOL 🤷♀️

I have the bondi boost hair growth bundle, and I agree the first couple times I did the whole system but after a while it is a lot, I did notice baby hairs and at the beginning my hair felt fuller, but now being almost 2 months I feel like nothing has changed, I still get fall out when I brush. I do use the intense hair growth spray every night before bed only on my scalp. As for your last statement they do sell this at Ulta for the US also I just ordered their purple toner and mask which did work wonderfully, and I got it in 3 business day’s. I think I’m gonna check out the opleax you ne tipped once I’m done with my bondi. But wow I definitely notice your scalp looks fuller. I think it all depends on how a product works for each person. @@perolikewhytho7174 honestly it’s still the same I can not see a difference from my review. But I also stopped using the whole bundle so I don’t know if that’s why meaning the shampoo/conditioner/ mask and spray. I’ll probably go back to using it again after I go darker with my hair and see if that makes a difference since I won’t be using purple shampoo and bleach to up keep the blonde. But so far bondi boost has been the only product I’ve used that I did see a difference in the beginning.

My hair is worse than yours in the front and thin all over. The Bumblebee hair spray has helped me a lot and I will try the Bondi Boost. You're inspiring thank you very much.
You're really pretty. You should try amla powder for hair, castor oil with coconut oil. Almond oil with vitamin e is great for her. Applying egg in hair. I have thyroid . I have hair fall but my hair is still thick due to these remedies. Applying garlic juice or onion juice helps alot. Do your research on these and see if anything will help. You just need little of hair more in the center. Over all you have nice hair. 😊

I'm thinking about making a more in-depth video answering that question because it's one I get a lot and I feel like my answer is delicate and will be taken wrong if I type it lol but the best I can describe it now is that accepting the problem for what it is and no longer really seeing it AS a problem helps a lot. I seriously stand by OLAPLEX shampoo and conditioner. I had so much hair loss over the years and used whatever shampoo I could get at the drugstores like you did and from your last years video I started using Olaplex too and OMG what a difference.. My scalp is super healthy.. my hair has gotten so strong, shiny, softer...ahh so many amazing things have happened because of Olaplex. Recently, i tried this hair loss shampoo and conditioner from amazon and I kid you not, I got bumps all over my head and my hair started to fall again and those stuff were so expensive too .. paid around $60 USD but NOPE did NOT work!!! I am back to using OLAPLEX and i swear by it... NO JOKE! Thanks to you for sharing your journey with us and recommending products. I bought Olaplex only cus of you and now I will get the Bondi Boost spray.. With shampoo stuff my ride or die is Olaplex so can't be cheating anymore lol
Why did you changed olaplaex of it was working??
Yes. Using cheap product can cause hair loss. Gail Federici who created Frizz Ease, now created ColorWow and a shampoo specifically for this reason. If you need a more affordable option than Olaplex, ColorWow is a great option! Tried to go through all your videos regarding your hair. Is this due to mild alopecia? Or a thyroid issue? I know a client of mine got medication for mild alopecia.
