Hi. This video was wonderful as usual. Here is the funny thing I have been doing ( before the video of course)... I found I can only load and un-zip svg files from your library with my Android Tablet, not my laptop. I have design space on both. So I get everything all set on my tablet and then sign out and sign back into my laptop to finish my project. My 500 step process takes about 20 minutes. But it worked well. Now thanks to you I don't have to do that anymore. Thanks again Jennifer! Gina

Great tutorial. I'm work with an android phone, so very difficult as the instructions are not 100% to my phone. This lesson took me 2 days to figure out. Now I need to go back and write my own directions. Crossing my fingers I get it right and can more forward with the next tutorial. I'm going to master this with your help.

I received an amazing Christmas gift, a Cricut maker 3! I was so excited until I entered the design space app and felt very overwhelmed. My creative light sizzled out with frustration. Thank you so much for the step by step instructions and vocabulary break down. I was finding myself google, what is an svg? What is infusible ink? What blade is used for what projects? I consider myself a fairly intelligent individual (bachelor degree prepared nurse) and have found this pretty frustrating to figure out. Once I stumbled upon your content I am finding a much better understanding building upon a the necessary knowledge foundation of this new crafting world.
