The sofa you keep
I loved them all but I think you need to up your prices a bit. These stool would seal easily for at least $60each in my area and your velvet pink chairs would go for at least $300ea here. I loved the sofa you kept!

The auction house auctions I've looked at end up with sky high prices - quadruple or more what you paid. I'd love to know how you find auctions that don't go crazy high!
I watch them all the time! Some times if you can find the auction on an odd day (tues/wed) or a busy day when there are a lot of auctions peoples bids seem to be more spread out.
Is Facebook marketplace the only platform for selling your beautiful furniture pieces?

What a great idea to make extra as a flipper. Idk if there are even online auctions like this in my area. I sort of doubt it but I’m gonna try and search for it and see what I come up with.

Great flips! What did you end up doing to the entryway/ sofa table! I see these in the cub all the time and pass up, because I never know what to do with them.
Very interesting, as always. I live in Birmingham Alabama not a whole lot of furniture in the few auctions that I found on that site. A little elbow grease gets you some great profits!

Most everything is online. I google auctions in my area and usually I'll get some sites that show up. I pick up pieces each week. I usually go 20 min max from my house but that is the benefit of living in Dallas. Thanks for watching!
I love to flip those what I call granny chairs! I just sold a mauve set recently. I bought them for $40 and flipped for $100 because they were in really rough shape.

I’m outside Omaha Nebraska and selling stuff here is tough. People here are CHEAP!! You can have a $200 item listed for $50 and people will still ask you to take $40, $30. Absolutely LOW ballers and if that’s not bad enough, they’ll flake out entirely. It’s aggravating
