- In this video I show you how to engage the launch control function using S Sport/ Super Sport mode in a Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart. This function comes stock in the Evolution MR. In order to get this on a Ralliart you must download and transfer a Evo MR TCU Map using a MUT3 device or Tactrix cable and software to your Ralliart ECU or TCU. Keep in mind the process for activating launch control on the Ralliart is the same for the Evolution MR. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

75yasb This can be done on any Ralliart 2008 and up. You will need a tactrix cable and pass through software or a MUT 3 device program module. This is only for experienced people. If you make a mistake you can destroy your car. Here is a link explaining how to do it. pls correct me if i am wrong.
1. gear will be move to manual and s-sport mode
2. the button at the left will have to off
3. press hardly to the brake and kick down the lever until 5.5 or 6 then release immediately ?
Question: arent this activity will be damage to brake parts?
+win htet Kyaw It will not damage the brakes because they are not being used. The reason you hold the brake is because it tells the computer you want to use Launch control. You have to push hard enough to engage the system etc. Just one of the steps in making it work. I have done this dozens of times. Never harmed my brakes

Hey I have a 2010 Mitsubishi Ralliart and I haven't been able to unlock the super sport mode so easily. Is there something I need to do to enable the Super Sport mode aside from hold the switch because that's not working for me.

+Jason Martin If you have not been able to get it working it means you are missing a step. Did you perform the TCU teach in procedure using the pass through software? You need to get with a local tuner who works on the SST cars that can help. This is not someone anyone should do unless you have a great deal of experience on these cars

Douglas Hernandez Here is a link on what to do. Because of the risk I will not make a specific how to video. I do not want people to do it wrong and come crying they broke their car lol. There is a large amount of risk in hacking the TCU or ECU when doing this. If even a small mistake is made it can destroy your car. Is this safe to do yes it is however it should only be attempted by a professional or someone who knows these systems in and out. jose soberanis yes but you have to reprogram the ECU or TCU . This does not come stock. Read the comments and you will see how it is done.
The Ralliart doesn't have S-sport mode ! Did you hack the transmission ??Did you Update the TCU ?
Thinh Pham Correct the TCU can be hacked using a MUT3 device or you can use a Tactrix cable and pass through software. You will need one of these in order to do this. I do however recommened letting someone experienced do this. If you mess up the process you can destroy your ECU or TCU in the car.
