Nice I get ~70W at 100% usage. You should also define a more aggressive fan curve. I have 50% as minimum and it's barely about the noise level of the rest of my system. My GTX 1060 6GT OCV2 rarely reach 65°c after undervolting. I can't thank you enough so I subscribed to your channel! In my experience I find that 950 mV is the sweet spot if you want to undervolt and overclock. Increase 50 mV will raise the temperature 3-4°c and you gain a few extra FPS. I accidentally overclocked VRAM too much (plus 1000MHz) then it caused my screen tearing/freezing, and artifacts while Heaven was still running. I waited for a few mins to let the GPU reset itself but it didn't so I switched off the PSU to restart my PC. Later the PC and GPU seemed to work well after that. My questions are did the force shut down damage my GPU while overclocking and why do you need to max out the power limit to undervolt GPU? Thank for taking your time to read my comment and answer my 2 questions!
I highly doubt the force shutdown damaged your GPU. The driver just crashed hard. You don't need to max out the power limit. People do it because they see other people doing it. When overclocking it allows the card to draw a little bit more power, but when undervolting I don't think it does anything.

what about the 5gb model lol.
can i do 725 and 1400 mhz
Mu temps are not changing i only did 900mh aat core clock 1860
Try 800mV at 1700Mhz
@ImWateringPSUs hi I will try that but first I wanna ask that my core clock is stuck at 1860 I'd does not change dynamically is it OK? ....like if I use default settings it fluctuate between 1886 1860 1848 1837
Does it work for laptop (gtx 1060 mobile)?

Idk if it is with the undervolting, but ever since I updated the nvidia drivers when it had an update abt 2 days ago, I've been getting BSOD of nvlddmkm.sys error. Anybody that can help me?
I'd really recommend doing a clean Windows Install and then to undervolt it!
try reseating the gpu i did it and it fixed the bsod i got the same error
my gtx 1060 3gb now barely gets up to 60 degrees anymore
it sits at 33 degrees idle and i noticed 62 degrees max, just saying i wasnt doing heavy gaming, i did play a game like efootball 2024 which did raise the temps to 59

my card goes up to 83degrees celcius when playing warzone
Do the tutorial and you might also need to repaste it
is it work on 1060 3gb ?
same question
Yes it does!
From 80 C + to 75 C under extreme load and 700 mem clock :)

Guys, These GTX 1060s are Nvidia cards, don't need undervolt unless u want mining. If u have temp problems use high quality thermal paste and set a higher fan speed. Let's keep undervolt more fps things to AMD. Thanks.
Definitely new paste and a good fan curve help, I have videos for both things on the channel, but a good undervolt helps too :)
Even NVIDIA puts a bit more juice into the cards than is necessary in many cases. Not as much as AMD, but still.
links for heaven benchmark and Msi afterburner
Thanks for telling me! I put them in the video description
This tutorial is kinda bad, doesnt tell you to open the benchmark and when trting the settings exactly as shown the graphs are way different
I have a whole GPU undervolting playlist, I’m trying to improve the quality a bit!
yeah crashing my games constantly , dont try this method
Hi, undervolt ryzen 5 3600?
Hey there, I have a Ryzen 3000 series undervolting tutorial on my channel, follow that one! It’s in the “CPU Undervolting” playlist!
got mine down to 34c nice!.. idle

😂😂😂 Confermo!
