The restraint you must have to throw the battery on the blower, pick it up and not give it a couple revs. You're a better man that I. Thanks for the video and idea stop block idea.
If I am correct? I believe Ego highly recommends not leaving the batteries on the chargers and the charger not left plugged into the outlet once the batteries are fully charged? It lowers the life of the battery considerably.
In an attached garage I would be tempted to mount the station on the wall furthest from the home structure in case of fire from batteries. It would give you more time for evacuation maybe not necessary but can't hurt
Did the retaining piece that you drilled into the top of the board work to keep the charger secure when taking the battery out? I made the same type of bracket but the bottom of the charger come out from the wall because there aren’t any slots for fasteners. I might try what you did.

Nice; I mounted my charger on the wall as well. Gonna mount my blower & hedge trimmer on the wall also to free up even more space!
Nice

According to the EGO website FAQ, "batteries can be left in the charger"

I would have preferred to mount them next to my lawn mower and trimmer, but there is only one receptacle in the garage.
Wall mount that blower too!

Yeah it is held in place with no movement when the battery is removed
This is a great and helpful video!! Do you know the size of the screws you use?
Sorry it's been a while so I don't remember. I have a whole cabinet of screws so probably just test fitted them.
