You had me curious as to what mine looked like as I hadn't opened the box mine came in yet. I have a sticker right where your thumb is at .04 seconds into the video. The sticker reads "DC Contactor / Model SW202 / Voltage: 12V". The coils measure 9.3 Ohms and the contactors fire right about 2.3 volts. Mine was packaged a little better, but also didn't come with instructions.

How do I hook it up???

I think most of these operate on a range on voltage from 6-80v the output rating is what is 48v.
