A very fast game, and simple. No tech or upgrades it seems like.
There are tech tho, the chart shows tier1-2-3 units

It's an interesting concept, but as a FFA enjoyer myself, not sure how this game will translate well into large scale games, since you have no control on where to expand

Interesting! I like it actually. Small unit micro fights are my favorite and this seems to be emphasizing that. I'd just like to see some more unique units to control.
Have you seen the Kraken, that thing is some massive alien looking creature that looks awesome. I think there's like 50 units so hoping there's way more unique things to control.

My only concern with stormgate and battle aces is the same i have for every game - is it fun. Hard to tell from this teaser but this game seems very different and has potential
So when is the mobile version coming out ?
The fact that your unit selection is visible to your opponent feels so bad man, once a meta settles you just straight up know how games are going to “flow” before you even make a unit.
Unless your deck contains a good counter. I imagine you can visualize how each game is gonna at the start, but things can easily change depending on what units and tactics are focuses

Seems fine for a simple mobile game, not sure if I'd play this on PC.
Keep an open mind, league is pretty simple as well if you think about it.

I feel that BW is all the RTS I am ever going to need. You can't beat perfection.

It's archaic and suffers from quite poor unit design in some cases. It was great for its time, but it's hard to argue that having useless units is perfection of faction design.
@@BotRetro Each race has about one unit that they don't use. The ghost, scout and devouer but they aren't useless just a bit more niche.
I would agree on the infested terran being quite useless unless you play a 2v2 and have a terran ally to put defense matrix on them and use them to blow up walls or drop them on top of clumped units.

I'd actually give this a try if possible to play on iPad or something. But not looking like a Dota 2 replacement for me.

Fast hitting. Never seen an RTS with such sharp technological development. No base building at all. Really trying something new here. Armies seem very brittle.
No base building isn't exactly new. It's being tested every few years. Command and conquer 4; dawn of war 2; CoH2: US army; etherium, etc; usually developers reverse back to 'some' base building though
kind of meh for a mobile game but upon further research if they were planning to drop this for PC is total garbage; after all, the piece of shiet David Kim that ruin Sc2 is behind it, no wonder
Sc2 Arcade already prove that games like these are very popular. Same as wc3 small game modes are what a lot of people play over traditional rts.
