- A custom LEGO mechanical keyboard. The frame is made out of LEGO pieces and the keys are official LEGO tiles mounted onto the switches using 3D printed Cherry MX LEGO compatible key caps.

When it comes to switches, it's entirely up to personal preference, but stabilisers? You want those things to be tight and well-made. Costar stabilisers (which are the ones used in that board) are nothing short of vile. Cherry clip/screw-ins are dirt cheap and with some lube on the housings and wires are just fine.
The downwards arrow is flipped upside down ;)

But the disadvantage of this design is that all of the keycaps with the letters on it have been changed to have the word "LEGO" on it.
Imagine hitting ur desk cuz ur raging and ur keyboard falls apart

Getting sort of shitty at typing without looking only takes few days of training and there's various games to make it fun. Definitely worth the effort.

Can someone explain how the mushrooms and the frog symbolize the 'alt' keys?
consuming some mushrooms (and licking toads) alters your perception of the world around you while you're flying high?
Mushrooms and Toad Licking are sometimes associated with getting high. One could say they even put you into an alt(ered) state.
On the cap lock button, there is a blue «cap ». Nice :)

The Caps Lock is brilliant because it makes sense in two different ways: it's a similar shape to a lot of Caps Lock keys, and it's an actual cap.

great, but I want to tell you that keyboard builders don't use blue, red or brown, they use thockier switches such as glorious panda, gateron black ink or glorious lynx switches
