    Very nice. I tried this tdy. ಹಾವೇ ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ use ಕರುನ್ ಕೆಲ್ಲೆ half an hour steam ಕೆಲ್ಲೆ it turned very nice 👍 thanks for sharing.

    Im trying for the first time in Idli steamer.. just wanted to know gas should be on medium or slow for 30 to 35 mins..
    I watch all ur recipes and try them at home and they are all yummy 🤤. Thanks for the wonderful recipes. Love from MIRA ROAD.

    Lovely.
    I make maandas. And i use the green skin as well. The final product looks good and gets a nice flavor.
    I also use caraway seeds, i think it's called shahi jeera. I use some of these seeds on the top.
    Try it if you want a variety.

      Hi dear, pls keep it in the fridge. I suggest.. in the night itself you can steam it and have it in the morning.

      Hi dear, its Raw rice ( dosa rice- surai ). You can use Idli rice also.

      Hi dear, no need of fermentation.. it's need to steam immediately. I suggest you can steam it in the night and serve it in the morning.❤️🙏
