We had a bunch of beautiful 20 year old models attending the screenings and I looked like a fat pig. You can't be The Bachelor with a belly. So I knew I had to transform my life and I came across your channel. I hate detoxes and regular diets, but your recipes are easy to make and taste incredible. Your presentation skills are excellent as most of these anabolic recipe channels have muscle head goons screaming at you or woke dweebs I don't want to listen to. But you have the right mix of explanation and presentation. In two months of following your recipes, I lost 20 pounds. This week, I met Arnold Schwartznegger at the gym and this just magnified the inspiration that started with following your channel. Rem! I love these videos, showing how easy it is! I have a request.... could you do a combo of weekly grocery haul and full day of eating? This video would show what the cost would be (for you) per meal. I think one of the main challenges is that cheap, accessible food is WAY less healthy than eating anabolic, but eating healthy can be costly. I would LOVE to see some "budget" anabolic meals. Like challenge yourself to eating anabolic for $50-$100 for a week. For some people, that's the bigger challenge. I think a budget anabolic series would do amazing! Finally someone whose calories add up to the macros. Looks bomb as hell too I'm gonna try it. I usually make brownies with protein egg whites and almond milk, obviously sweetener and baking and cocoa powders.

I’ll also add this as well. Can a person eat these and still lose weight? Well since it comes down to cals in vs cals out and you are in a deficit, then 100% you can. Is it as “clean” as other bars? Well define clean. How I look at the anabar is like this; when I want a sweet treat it is much better for me to opt for this over say a snickers because at least Im getting more protein and feeling fuller.
Its funny that yu eat cottage cheese plain. For the last couple of months i get 0 fat cottage cheese and i make a pie filling from fresh fruits. Like blueberries in a pot with slender cook it down then i top it with my cottage cheese. Its sooo good i crave it
Rem you gotta try the lowfat cottage cheese with some quest chips broken up into it or get some of the ranch seasoning from Trader Joe’s and the franks red hot seasoning - insane!!

Rem, how is the fried rice only 377 calories when the rice packet literally said 340 cals for just the rice???
And 90g of Eggbeaters, which i eat a lot, is 2 servings so that's 70 calories just for the eggs🤔
