Love that you address this concern! And totally agree on the protein point. Most people are vastly underestimating their protein needs.
You are so damn helpful I have just been diagnosed post a bicep surgery that was stressful.. I have lost 12 kilos in a small amount of time.. I have been so damn scared to eat something because I had lost my appetite. However things are starting to kick back in , I’ve introduced foods in .. this gives me a piece of mind.
Thank you so much, I’m not healed yet but will keep binging your videos and perhaps invest in your course in the future.
thanks for this ! i am currently underweight due to these restrictive diets we are often placed on, and it is nice to know i can add in some snacks to up my weight and put the MMC in the background whilst also addressing my sibo (the under-eating could be contributing to it anyway !)
Thanks so much for this video!
Its really cleared my mind on lots of stuff!
Could you 🙏please 🙏talk about insomnia and internal tremors and how they relate to SIBO/IMO and give us the best treatments for both issues? Thank you……
My weight loss is not associated by eating fewer calories.I know that cause sometimes I eat less and gain weight cause foods agree with my gut slightly better
I joined the list. Can you give me an idea of the cost associated with the FODMAP Freedom Group? Also, is it possible to do this as a completely plant-based (vegan) eater? I know the protein sources I can eat and starting to resign myself to adding some protein powders.
Hi, I have a question about the sounds that the stomach or left side of the colon makes like there's air in it even if you haven't eaten in hours is there're selotion for that
My 17 year old son loses and gains like crazy. He is already so thin so. This week his weight is up almost 7lbs. In a month the scale showed a drop in almost 15lbs. I don't understand what is happening. He is not on any diet.
I drink entire bottles of half and half, walnuts, raisins, beef, a dozen eggs a day and still cant gain. What gives
You need carbs. Some people simply do to gain weight efficiently.
I expect you don’t sit still very well.
Carbohydrates -
Carbo- HYDRATE. If you limiting carbs, you are essentially limiting your bodies water stores atleast from a tissue perspective.
@@jeffgoldsmith9619 I'm not. Lol I used to eat whole containers of raisins every 3 days lol
@@BT_life2 Did you not read what I wrote? I would eat more raisins in one sitting that most people do in a week. Lots of carbs
@@BT_life2 But yeah, hate sitting still ha
