- Fluorescent latex beads were engulfed by macrophages (activated Raw 264.7 cells) after LPS stimulation - cells migrate toward the bead and uptake it. Fluorescence imaging was performed every 15 minutes for 65.5 hours using the Celloger® Mini Plus (10X objective, green fluorescence).
