The problem is that the animations are limited; Many times what is written in medical books, comes from the direct experience of those who have seen the complexities of tissues. In half paragraph describe more than this animation in 5 minutes, can not do.

No one ever talks about induced Innate Immunity and the interactions of Dendritic Cells, NK Cells, and Macrocytes. We all catch 1 million cancers every day but the cell receptors of these detect them and destroy the malignant cell. So eat your fruits and vegetables, exercise, maintain a slim weight, and avoid excessive alcohol! BTW, I love to create this type animation as a hobby and this one is especially beautiful. And Parham The Immune System is a wonderful book. When I went to med school I was taught things like "somehow muscles contract" and "somehow infections are controlled" but now it seems every step in every signaling pathway has been figured out. It is incredible (and so exciting) how much is now known about the immune system and all the new practical applications of that knowledge!

Remember, NK cells and their ability to sense stress-associated molecules came about by chance, as did helper T cells, dendritic cells, cytotoxic T cells, coreceptors, perforin and granzymes. Their obvious design wasn't designed. Never mind the effectively infinite permutations of a string of amino acids that had to be searched to find functional proteins.

I really loved the video; and in addition, some other mechanisms of immune evasion by tomours would be the loose of the MHC 1 expression so that cell can not be detected by the lymphocyte T, but that can be helpulf for the cells NK to detected tose cells without MHC1. I'm surprised of how tomours can do the same mechanism as the Immune-privileged tissues, so they can decreased or stop the inmune response. And the inmunotherapy is like a way to potencial the functions of the T cells, so they can continue their work.
