Hi Sam, I prayed for you friend. Not sure what you are going through exactly, but if it is unforgiveness you must forgive the other person in order for you to be set free. You don't forgive for their benefit, but for yourself. You don't have to feel like forgiving, but make a decision to forgive before God. You are right in needing God's grace, but know that you already have it if you are a child of God. God bles syou.

Aaron your videos are what led me to a deeper trust in God, and that has allowed my sleeping problems to begin healing. I still struggle, and feel numb and tired often. As of today I am stopping the psychiatric drug I have been taking. The enemy whispers to me doubt, that it is only the medicine which has healed me, not God. Please pray for me that my faith grow stronger, my trust deeper in God, and that all obstacles be removed that prevent my total surrender to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. @Azureblu 50 Hi, You should ask Jesus to heal you and to show you how to keep your body healthy, that's what I did and he healed me without medicine, just changing my diet. I used to eat foods without reading the ingredient list and many of the grocery store foods have added chemicals, so a rule of thumb is if you can't pronounce it or don't recognize it as being a natural substance, avoid eating it. I would avoid meds if possible because the word pharmacy means sorcery, witchcraft which God does not approve. I hope this helps.

This is so good Aaron! Right on time.. been drowning..I’m triggered by the people the enemy is sending to devalue me, I used to be put off balance by narcissists, now that I don’t have a narcissist around me, he is using strangers.. it is so weird and unsettling for me, tearing at my confidence and self esteem which causes me to fear because I am a single lady and I feel like I need those things to be able to make it. They are the very things the devil is going after..I completely see the truth of what is happening.. it shakes me up so bad, I start dropping things, spilling things, losing things.. it’s soooo frustrating.. I only have me to rely on as far as people goes.. and when I get off kilter like this, I start to drown in despair.. it’s cognitive dissonance.. I spin, and feel completely detached from myself, I become so uncomfortable in my skin, I don’t even feel comfortable and relaxed when I’m alone… it is so very painful, but I KNOW everything you are saying on here is true! 100%. I know my idol has been people and relationships.. so God has taken them away.. for now.. also, God will allow things we have buried in us to bubble to the surface so He can heal those wounds… but like putting alcohol on an open wound, it burns and hurts so bad, but the result is, that wound will heal. You are still very distinct and unique from any other human being; even your physical appearance is one of a kind. I went through a spiritual experience because I disobeyed God and walked on unholy grounds while I was in concentration with my church. God delivered me and casted those spirits out of me. Now I’m dealing with the repercussions. I’ve always been scared of things since I was little, but I’ve known Jesus since I could talk. So when I was afraid I’d always call on him. Now I have surrendered, probably not fully because I am dealing with anxiety on a more higher level than I ever dealt before. The lies of Satan are coming in my head and he’s literally trying to tell me to kill myself or that my anxiety will cause me to die! COMPLETE AND UTTER LIES! But he still keeps doing it and using my people pleasing past as well to worry about what friends will think when I change for Christ. He’s pulling out all the stops and I am actually over it and I want it to stop. Like I’m getting angry and I know I have the authority of Christ to cast him out, but at the same time it still hurts and it makes me feel like I can’t live a peaceful life and I don’t want that! These thoughts tend to come when I’m around family members trying to enjoy myself. Then I get sucked in and get all in my head. I’ve been praying, reading the Bible, listening to sermons, praying with my pastor, parents, church members. I’m wondering, since these thoughts come when I’m trying to enjoy myself with family or just trying to be joyful. Should I go excuse myself and verbally say these scriptures to Satan so that he will leave? I also feel like there’s a tad bit of unbelief in me still and I just want to get that out! I want to be free of fear and bold in Christ! If the Lord lays anything on your heart to say to me please feel free to say it. God bless you🙏🏾❤️

Hi David, I would surrender my health and all consequences to God because I know He is using even the anxiety and shortness of breath for my good. No matter what happens to a child of God, He uses it for His good. Choose to believe this because it's true, and then just look to Jesus knowing your life is in His hands. Whatever He allows or does in your life, trust in Him. So, when panic hits, stop yourself from dwelling on those thoughts that are causing fear, but will yourself to focus on His promises and truths. Remember, the thoughts that cause fear are lies, and God's word are true; so it only makes sense to ignore the lies, but to believe the truth.

Hey I have been suffering from anxiety and severe insomnia for a year. I was born again and grew up in Christian household. I've prayed and fasted for months for deliverance, but nothing has happened. I've had to go to work on a daily basis without much sleep at all. Ambien and Xanax don't help which is incredibly frustrating. I'm not sure what options I have left. Please keep me in your prayers.

Jaimcy George I understand the horror you are going through. You very could be completely surrendered. If that is the case, all there is left for you to do is trust in His promises and wait on Him. He is faithful. No matter what, His grace always sustains His children. May the Lord grant you wisdom and increase your faith.
Your heart wants to surrender, but your flesh is holding you back. I encourage you to tell God you are willing to be made willing. It may hurt more, but total surrender to Jesus is the key to your freedom. You need to be able to turn from your fears and turn to His truths and believe His promises, and this requires surrender and God given faith.

As I look back, that pain was very severe that I cant imagine going through those pain. But I come back here today testifying that God lives; He heals; He is faithful; that THERE IS HOPE. And that God healed me from panic attacks, anxieties. Though I am still in the recovery process, each moment is still a battle and God is still healing my other emotional issues, I now have peace. I pray that I don't forget all the lessons that God gave me during that period of wilderness. Those times were very very painful but those were the times that I truly encountered God and I learned so much. I pray that pride won't sink in my heart. With that, I want to express my gratefulness to your ministry, brother Aaron for during the times that I was hanging by a single thread, your videos were sent by God to rescue me. You are welcome friend. One major indication that you are still holding onto control is whenever you worry. When you worry, you are choosing to listen to the fearful thoughts (lies) instead of God's word. Choose to believe God's word over all other words.
That’s a part of the devil’s lie: to persuade you that you cannot control your thoughts. The truth is you can by God’s grace. It feels like a very difficult uphill battle, but there is purpose to the difficulty. You can by brute force focus your mind in God’s promises instead of fearful thoughts. It feels impossible in the beginning, and that’s where the devil wants you to stay. But, as you choose to dwell on God’s promises, it gets easier. And when you start to feel some improvement, it encourages you even more. You can start now by getting a few Bible verses to hang onto all day, whether by having it on your phone/piece of paper or memorized.

Don’t fall for the devil’s tricks. No matter what, it is always in your best interest to go to God at any time, whether that is through prayer, Bible reading, fellowship with other believers, or something else. Don’t worry about what the devil may do, but focus on God and His power. God is in total control, and the devil cannot do anything without God’s permission. God uses all things for the good of His children so there is nothing to fear. Go to God in prayer in confidence and boldness.
Aaron when the demon torment us the voices emotion physical sensation etc etc how can we trust the Lord? We feel the torment 24/7 we cant act it doesnt happen right now it is happening thr sufering the torment. How can i trust God with His promises? I be honest the fear demon give me feel more real than the word of God. Please guide me.
You must learn to trust in God's word no matter how you feel. This is difficult, but can and must be done to mature more as a Christian. At times, we may feel very distant from God and negative emotions may feel overwhelming, but it is at this time you must quietly dwell on God's promises and truths and choose to believe over all emotions and circumstances.
Humbly and desperately, ask God to save you. For example, God saved AW Tozer when he genuinely cried out to God, "Lord, have mercy on me a sinner." Realize you are a sinner that needs forgiveness. Repent of your sins and turn away from them before God. Then, trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

I am idolizing my property, been blessed w 2 acres of paradise on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Planted many fruit trees bearing abundantly now, have chickens, greenhouse, grow super good food all year long, take pride in it, hahah. Think God is moving me to sell, of course idk what lies ahead. The animals are the hardest thing to let go of, i love them... am beginning to grieve over it...., my good livestock guardian dog is watching me intensely now, howling increasingly, sensing something's up. Will contact a realtor and see about letting go, God can't steer a parked car, right ? Hi Sam, I prayed for you friend. Not sure what you are going through exactly, but if it is unforgiveness you must forgive the other person in order for you to be set free. You don't forgive for their benefit, but for yourself. You don't have to feel like forgiving, but make a decision to forgive before God. You are right in needing God's grace, but know that you already have it if you are a child of God. God bles syou.

Aaron your videos are what led me to a deeper trust in God, and that has allowed my sleeping problems to begin healing. I still struggle, and feel numb and tired often. As of today I am stopping the psychiatric drug I have been taking. The enemy whispers to me doubt, that it is only the medicine which has healed me, not God. Please pray for me that my faith grow stronger, my trust deeper in God, and that all obstacles be removed that prevent my total surrender to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. I was TERRIFIED and CRIPPLED WITH FEAR...you are the only person I know who after watching your video have me HOPE in JESUS. I STILL have to live and struggle with that from my bed everyday. It's painful realising And to my shock that the WHOLE WORLD IS depressed and anxious but worst still ALONENESS LONELINESS 2 different things the whole world is now suffering from! @Azureblu 50 Hi, You should ask Jesus to heal you and to show you how to keep your body healthy, that's what I did and he healed me without medicine, just changing my diet. I used to eat foods without reading the ingredient list and many of the grocery store foods have added chemicals, so a rule of thumb is if you can't pronounce it or don't recognize it as being a natural substance, avoid eating it. I would avoid meds if possible because the word pharmacy means sorcery, witchcraft which God does not approve. I hope this helps.

This is so good Aaron! Right on time.. been drowning..I’m triggered by the people the enemy is sending to devalue me, I used to be put off balance by narcissists, now that I don’t have a narcissist around me, he is using strangers.. it is so weird and unsettling for me, tearing at my confidence and self esteem which causes me to fear because I am a single lady and I feel like I need those things to be able to make it. They are the very things the devil is going after..I completely see the truth of what is happening.. it shakes me up so bad, I start dropping things, spilling things, losing things.. it’s soooo frustrating.. I only have me to rely on as far as people goes.. and when I get off kilter like this, I start to drown in despair.. it’s cognitive dissonance.. I spin, and feel completely detached from myself, I become so uncomfortable in my skin, I don’t even feel comfortable and relaxed when I’m alone… it is so very painful, but I KNOW everything you are saying on here is true! 100%. I know my idol has been people and relationships.. so God has taken them away.. for now.. also, God will allow things we have buried in us to bubble to the surface so He can heal those wounds… but like putting alcohol on an open wound, it burns and hurts so bad, but the result is, that wound will heal.

Hello friend, I know what you are saying. When you give up control of your life and let God become your life, you keep your God given personality. You are still very distinct and unique from any other human being; even your physical appearance is one of a kind. So, when Jesus becomes your life, the main difference is you draw all your strength, purpose, and satisfaction from Him alone. You depend on Jesus for everything. Hope that makes sense. I went through a spiritual experience because I disobeyed God and walked on unholy grounds while I was in concentration with my church. God delivered me and casted those spirits out of me. Now I’m dealing with the repercussions. I’ve always been scared of things since I was little, but I’ve known Jesus since I could talk. So when I was afraid I’d always call on him. Now I have surrendered, probably not fully because I am dealing with anxiety on a more higher level than I ever dealt before. The lies of Satan are coming in my head and he’s literally trying to tell me to kill myself or that my anxiety will cause me to die! COMPLETE AND UTTER LIES! But he still keeps doing it and using my people pleasing past as well to worry about what friends will think when I change for Christ. He’s pulling out all the stops and I am actually over it and I want it to stop. Like I’m getting angry and I know I have the authority of Christ to cast him out, but at the same time it still hurts and it makes me feel like I can’t live a peaceful life and I don’t want that! These thoughts tend to come when I’m around family members trying to enjoy myself. Then I get sucked in and get all in my head. I’ve been praying, reading the Bible, listening to sermons, praying with my pastor, parents, church members. I’m wondering, since these thoughts come when I’m trying to enjoy myself with family or just trying to be joyful. Should I go excuse myself and verbally say these scriptures to Satan so that he will leave? I also feel like there’s a tad bit of unbelief in me still and I just want to get that out! I want to be free of fear and bold in Christ! If the Lord lays anything on your heart to say to me please feel free to say it. God bless you🙏🏾❤️

Hi David, I would surrender my health and all consequences to God because I know He is using even the anxiety and shortness of breath for my good. No matter what happens to a child of God, He uses it for His good. Choose to believe this because it's true, and then just look to Jesus knowing your life is in His hands. Whatever He allows or does in your life, trust in Him. So, when panic hits, stop yourself from dwelling on those thoughts that are causing fear, but will yourself to focus on His promises and truths. Remember, the thoughts that cause fear are lies, and God's word are true; so it only makes sense to ignore the lies, but to believe the truth.

Hey I have been suffering from anxiety and severe insomnia for a year. I was born again and grew up in Christian household. I've prayed and fasted for months for deliverance, but nothing has happened. I've had to go to work on a daily basis without much sleep at all. Ambien and Xanax don't help which is incredibly frustrating. I'm not sure what options I have left. Please keep me in your prayers.

Your heart wants to surrender, but your flesh is holding you back. I encourage you to tell God you are willing to be made willing. It may hurt more, but total surrender to Jesus is the key to your freedom. You need to be able to turn from your fears and turn to His truths and believe His promises, and this requires surrender and God given faith.
@@aaronkim1074 almost a year ago, I watched these videos with so so much pain due to panic attacks, anxieties, depression. As I look back, that pain was very severe that I cant imagine going through those pain.
But I come back here today testifying that God lives; He heals; He is faithful; that THERE IS HOPE. And that God healed me from panic attacks, anxieties. Though I am still in the recovery process, each moment is still a battle and God is still healing my other emotional issues, I now have peace. I pray that I don't forget all the lessons that God gave me during that period of wilderness. Those times were very very painful but those were the times that I truly encountered God and I learned so much. I pray that pride won't sink in my heart. With that, I want to express my gratefulness to your ministry, brother Aaron for during the times that I was hanging by a single thread, your videos were sent by God to rescue me. You are welcome friend. One major indication that you are still holding onto control is whenever you worry. When you worry, you are choosing to listen to the fearful thoughts (lies) instead of God's word. Choose to believe God's word over all other words.

It feels like a very difficult uphill battle, but there is purpose to the difficulty. You can by brute force focus your mind in God’s promises instead of fearful thoughts. It feels impossible in the beginning, and that’s where the devil wants you to stay. But, as you choose to dwell on God’s promises, it gets easier. And when you start to feel some improvement, it encourages you even more. You can start now by getting a few Bible verses to hang onto all day, whether by having it on your phone/piece of paper or memorized.

Hello Aaron....what of fear that makes you scared to....while praying the devil fills your mind with lies and you are scared to go deeper in God....you see as if demons will appear while you pray ...
Don’t fall for the devil’s tricks. No matter what, it is always in your best interest to go to God at any time, whether that is through prayer, Bible reading, fellowship with other believers, or something else. Don’t worry about what the devil may do, but focus on God and His power. God is in total control, and the devil cannot do anything without God’s permission. God uses all things for the good of His children so there is nothing to fear. Go to God in prayer in confidence and boldness.
Aaron when the demon torment us the voices emotion physical sensation etc etc how can we trust the Lord? We feel the torment 24/7 we cant act it doesnt happen right now it is happening thr sufering the torment. How can i trust God with His promises? I be honest the fear demon give me feel more real than the word of God. Please guide me.
You must learn to trust in God's word no matter how you feel. This is difficult, but can and must be done to mature more as a Christian. At times, we may feel very distant from God and negative emotions may feel overwhelming, but it is at this time you must quietly dwell on God's promises and truths and choose to believe over all emotions and circumstances.

Humbly and desperately, ask God to save you. For example, God saved AW Tozer when he genuinely cried out to God, "Lord, have mercy on me a sinner." Realize you are a sinner that needs forgiveness. Repent of your sins and turn away from them before God. Then, trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

I am idolizing my property, been blessed w 2 acres of paradise on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Planted many fruit trees bearing abundantly now, have chickens, greenhouse, grow super good food all year long, take pride in it, hahah. Think God is moving me to sell, of course idk what lies ahead. The animals are the hardest thing to let go of, i love them... am beginning to grieve over it...., my good livestock guardian dog is watching me intensely now, howling increasingly, sensing something's up. Will contact a realtor and see about letting go, God can't steer a parked car, right ?

Yes, this is very common. Once your thoughts stay in truth, which is God’s words, your body will follow accordingly.
