The Commando in D&D 5e: Lvl Up ep. 5

While a lot of the time, when we play D&D, we can play the most incompetent morons that ever walked the Earth, and still somehow save the world.
Just watch Critical Role if you don't believe me.
But sometimes, we crave the opposite of that. We want to play hypercompetent special forces types like Rambo and John Wick.
Characters that can solve any problem and overcome any foe.
So here is the Commando.
