I do kindof a side pompadour. Ive always had a real strong widows peak, and stress as thinned the front part, so the side pomp with a medium skin(razor) fade works pretty well. Sometimes ill add a hard part. I can't shave it all because i still have plenty of hair, and i have big ears that stick out, so shorter hair makes it look worse
I use pomade with coconut oil in it. I rub it into my entire scalp every other day, pomade on pomade. I shampoo every 10th day because my hair does not get oily anymore. In 6 months all my make pattern hair loss has returned on top and my done limp hair now has thickness and body. Even my front receding, which was obvious when I was 30, is starting to return. I'm 70 now.
The hairstyle you in the US call: Buzz Cut. Called in Sweden Jägarsnagg (Ranger snag). This hairstyle is chosen by all Lapland Rangers, Norrlands Dragoons (also Rangers) and finally Parachute Rangers. This is for when you are out for weeks on military training in a mountain environment or the forest, summer or winter. Then you wash off this hairstyle quickly and it dries quickly.
I happen to be a barber who shaved his head. I noticed I was thinning at 26 so I just shaved it. I tell my clients that this works for me but may not work for them. We talk a lot about what is best for them.
My whole life I've been expecting to go bald like my dad. I'm 35 now, and recently switched to a job where I wear a surgical scrub cap every day, which means I don't bother putting product in it on workdays, and I think the cap is accelerating my hair loss. Looks terrible and stringy and thin when I take it off at the end of my shifts. Still looks good when I put some product in there to give it more volume, but I've certainly noticed it's starting to thin. I wear a great beard, and know someday I'll just take it all off the top. Just not quite there yet. Glad I still had hair for my wedding pictures, ready to embrace the bald or buzz cut when the time comes. Then maybe I'll pick up some crazy wigs for fun and wear them with confidence. Never had thick hair so long styles always looked terrible on me. But man, wouldn't it be sweet to have a fun 80s mullet to pair with the right outfit every once in a while? I don't care if people know it's a wig, I'd even point it out. Just like deciding to put on a specific hat. Why not??

I say no sir! I will not hide this sign of maturity, I will even comb my hair back to show it off. Or just shave it all off if it gets too extreme. Nothing says you are insecure about your hair than hiding perceived flaws.
I’m one with a choice. I have a full set of hair, I just choose to shave it. I travel a lot, and I travel light. I don’t worry about bad hair day or bad haircuts nor I think about the right shampoo, conditioner, etc. Plus I look better and 10-15 yrs younger with shaved head😎👊🏽
The correct answer is bald. Just own it and wear it proudly. Anything else once you're over 35 and your hair has already started thinning is really just a waste of time and money. Plus a very significant portion of women find bald men sexier than men with a full head of hair, so...

I just went with a pringles man look, compensating whatever I dont have up here with more hair down there.
Haha, the classic Pringles man strategy!
Always go with the comb-over.😊
Yep, 20 years and counting! Besides, none of the hair styles shown work for me.
@@ABC-rh7zc Absolutely.
He always says go with the classics. I wonder if it counts as old money for extra points?
@@j4zzx297 You’re hitting on something with “old money”. Women see that, too.

Also, my dad's been rocking the Cul-de-Sac (Captain Picard style) since the early 80s! 😀
That's awesome! Classic look.

I don't blame anyone if they want to shave it off. I for one prefer the buzzcut.

Being bald is not a bad choice, even if you have no beard.
