It almost gave me a blood sugar spike just from watching the short 😅
I tried it with rhubarb. Not only does it work (granted there is more excess sugar that’s beneficial to boil down into syrup, but the rhubarb itself becomes sweet like candy and you can eat it raw. Highly recommend.
