But right before I saw him I kill a whole lot on the road, and as I was talking to him, I saw a couple more NPCs become witnesses, I ended up killing them, then I accidentally killed the nice one and now live with guilt

Grizzled John is actually my favorite npc of all time. If you beat him up and take his hat, you can wear the hat into the bar he was in and anytime he’s in there he’ll just get mad and try to brawl again it’s funny as hell. He hates seeing you wear his hat

Jon was just a tough old man who was stuck in the past, I actually didn’t hate him at all. He was a tough and experienced fighter, soldier, hunter and gunman that might have been a bit of an *ss, but was imo better than a lot of the other people you encounter in the game.

Had a genuine nightmare moment where I first degree murdered Grizzled Jon by kidnapping him when he went out to pee. Later in the game I came back to the valentine saloon and due to a glitch every single NPC in the saloon screamed and ran out except for Jon who WAS BACK ALIVE and SINGING. It was like Arthur’s conscience haunting him lol

Had a genuine nightmare moment where I first degree murdered Grizzled Jon by kidnapping him when he went out to pee. Later in the game I came back to the valentine saloon and due to a glitch every single NPC in the saloon screamed and ran out except for Jon who WAS BACK ALIVE and SINGING. It was like Arthur’s conscience haunting him lol
