The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Ryan, thanks for making these videos. After surviving brain surgery and going from 185lbs of lean muscle to 275 of flab, I was determined to get back in shape within the limits of my recovery. It took 18 months and I was able to get myself back to 195, I started focusing on building muscle after that, but everything seem tailored to athletes. Subscribed after finding your channel and haven’t look back since. The benefits offered by your no nonsense channel have allowed me to see gains I didn’t think possible. Thank you!

Absolutely! Between and the MountainDog John Meadows you an choose between many diff tweaks and variations to try. I had a guy at my gym try one Ryan's cable machine back excercises and he was like "wow I usually have to lift more weight than this to feel it in my back" . Idk if he tried it again next time but at least he pretended to like it!

Thank you. I just came off a massive amount of weight loss due to diabetes. A diet that dropped me from 262 to 195 in 3 months. Lost much of my muscle mass, and your techniques have been a savior. You do short, sweet, and no bullshit workout concepts rather long winded lectures to hear the sound of your own voice. You tell people that it’s gonna hurt, and pull zero punches. Thanks again.

I'd suggest making a playlist of his workout vids/

You know what I like about your videos (other than them being short)?.. You are using light weights showing that it's more about the targeting of the muscle more than the amount of the weight you are using. I am use to moving weight...I started back on my workout regimen today after being on vacation. I've used the lightest weight I have probably every used on my chest workout today...and I straight up obliterated myself. On incline I was use to using 90 lb dumbells. Today I used 50 lbs. I felt most of the weight strictly to my chest and I end with 20 lb dumbells barely able to push them up on the 14th rep. Great advice bro.

I also had an issue with ego in that I felt very obligated to lift as heavy as possible. I've never been unsafe but cared too much about weight. You struggling with 15's on the first exercise here because you're focused on perfect form and slow movements to actually produce muscle growth is just one example of how your knowledge has completely changed my way of thinking. I now mix it up A LOT. I started the 10-second decline/incline on squats and HOLY MOTHER OF GOD that has changed me. Sorry for being long-winded, but you deserve some serious kudos!!

Discovered Ryan and his vids... I've changed up my whole workout now. Great workouts and I love the little things he adds to get the most out of each workout....and seeing the results BIG TIME!!!!
    Thanks Ryan 💪💪

You're so much my Guru and give me so many good ideas for when I work out, when I hear you say let's get into it and makes me want to run right to the gym. It's a severe trigger for me at this point
