Airservices Hot Fire Training Ground

Airservices officially opened its $22 million Learning Academy Hot Fire Training Ground (LAHFTG) on Tuesday 16 April 2013.
The new facility will support Airservices Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) training capabilities and centralise its training in Melbourne.
From ab initio to instructor training, the LAHFTG will equip ARFF fire fighters with the competencies required to deal with large, complex airframes.
