Got to see this bike in person at the "MAMA TRIED" Bike show in Milwaukee. Absolutely beautiful and so clean. Well done! I recognized it right away. Thanks for the stickers. 😊

extremely well explained from beginning to end and excellent close ups and sound. Very well done. And thank you for making this an informed video tutorial and not some goofy game show type video like so many others do

I have my wishlist made for my sportster. I love the fact I can build a wishlist, pick and choose, and adjust what i want. This will be my first chopper build. But the unfortunate part is its probably going to tank me 2 or more years to build because of the cost. Kinda sucks but when I finished it it will be worth it. I have been watching everything motorcycle chopper bobber related because the drooling and dreaming has hit me hard. Love the series and lowbrow has a customer for life.

This is what I did back in 2010. Back then Lowbrow had David Bird frames and they were unbelievable. I was very lucky to snatched one as well as a ton of other parts for my BSA based chopper. It took two years to save cash, do the prep work etc before my friends and I were finally able to build it. It felt like forever but the wait was so worth it. Your own chopper will turn out to be more than just a ride, it will become a life companion and allow you to unlock some incredible trips. Good luck friend!

If you install studs in the carb, it makes it super simple to install/remove the carb. it holds the gaskets/spacer in place, plus you minimize the chance of thread damage on the carb.
so many carbs have messed up threads, from people over tightening, or cross threading bolts.

Lowbrow should auction the bikes off at the end of these Saturday Sportster series. The first one that Todd did was nice, but I like this one even better.

Is your rear master cyl. And brake lever/pedal setup all available at lowbrow? Thnx. I’m having to mock up an aftermarket setup because my pipes are in the way of where the rear master cyl would originally go.

This bike doesn't have a rear master cylinder, it uses a brake arm that pulls a brake rod. Here is a video on custom making brake rod etc for this brake rod.

I recomend when you plug that vac nipple seal it with more than a rubber plug! The reason i say is years ago on my 80, 80 shovel head i replaced the stock keihin with a evo CV i used a rubber plug and coming home from Sturges on interstate 90 outside DEER LODGE montana she coughed it blew the rubber off and now intake leak stuck a valve bent it she ans we came home to oregon in a truck! Great adventure jus me say en
