As usual a very good episode. Always makes me happy when you downloded a new episode. If I understand right, you need to rebuid a reactor on your ship to go on longer trips. Is there also more powerful engines?
No, but for longer travel you can have multiple He-3 tanks (I heard golden ratio is up to 5 H3 tanks for one D2O), and you can add more laser arrays and other parts to spruce up your reactor's performance, but I have no idea how that works. Basically, the reactor is your engine. Plasma that results from fusion reaction is vented from the back of the ship, and that's what propels it. It's like a middle ground between current day chemical engines, and sci-fi engines like in Star Trek or Star Wars. N2 RCS isn't even an engine, it's more like maneuver thrusters.
When you sleep for 6 hours, it's a good idea to check your financials screen first. You got fined when you slept past 18. And you'll have to pay 9 hours docking fees, since you docked at 11:57, and you pay for every started hour. Even if you dock at 11:59:59, you have to pay for full hour. That's why I like to scavenge "east" when I'm tired and my license is short, you can sleep at Flottilla without need for docking fees (and there's little chance of crazed npc slamming into flottila). Ofc, the problem is, when you wake up, and are returning to KLG with expired license, you could get boarded and fined 1K for flying in boneyard without license.
@@NotHappening-b8t Well, there's also time and fuel - flying to flotilla at 100m/s takes over 2 hours one way, but it's generally meant to be option for saving money at the cost of crap services.
Remember to do repair and restore, you sold the Laser array "trashed", better put on your things to do, check items quality before selling :) Keep it up :)

Chad fixing tables around the station out of boredom is a hilarious image. Thanks for the video.

1k fine seems like small price to pay compared to docking fees.

I think if you sleep with clothes on and lights on, backpack, others, you get worse sleep. I always turn lights out when i sleep.

always put your helmet on the clip point of its suit.
Yes! THIS! Very much this. Also, I put the shoes in the last pocket of the coveralls, so that I have them handy when I put the suit back on.
