Hayah, here is the problem with your comment, you are correct, Lebron is 3-4 and MJ is 6-0, but Scottie Pippen is also 6-0 in the Finals and here is the other difference......Scottie Pippen has been to two Western Conference Finals without Jordan and Pippen was a bad call, by Hue Hollins from going back to the Eastern Conference Finals the year after Jordan retired the first time. While Jordan has been swept twice in the 1st Rd without Pippen and then did not make the Playoffs twice when he was with the Wizards.....so by your definition Scottie Pippen is better then Jordan. Where Lebron lost twice to five time champion Spurs, he lost to the Mavs, were he played bad, but look at his stats, compared to everyone else who played (that is how high up he is, he has that stat line and we still say he stunk) and he lost two All-Stars and still took the 67 win Warriors squad to six games and almost had a 3-1 lead.......so be honest with yourself, does Jordan take the Heat and those Cavs Teams to the Finals? How awesome are the Chicago Bulls in the 90's with Lebron instead of Jordan on those squads? Be honest with yourself and then come back

gerardgag, I should have been more accurate in my statement....lebron finished as the 3rd best scorer in that series, the only one who played well was D'Wade, Dirk won MVP scoring less then 17 points a game, I will not argue Lebron being 4-2 or even 5-1, but you have yet to tell me how well Jordan would have done with the Teams that Lebron had.......would Jordan really win over that OKC Team? How would Jordan have fared against the Spurs? Would Jordan have got out of the East without Love, would the Cavs had won any games in the Finals, down Kyrie and with Mozgov as the 2nd best scorer? Would Jordan have beaten a 73 win GSW? Would Jordan have made the 2007 Finals with Cleveland? Would Jordan have been able to beat that Piston Team with those Cavs players, that year? Kevin Love is VERYcapable of getting his own shot. What is Shannon talking about?
Not really.. he's not a ball handler.. he has to rely on LeBron or Kyrie feeding him the ball down low or behind the 3point line..
You don't have to be a ball handler to get your own shot. You just need "go to" moves and to be a capable scorer. Kevin has it in spades. Throw him the ball anywhere on the court and he can get his own shot. Down low, midrange and beyond the 3. Playing with LBJ and Kyrie is difficult. I commend Love for adjusting his game. But he is very capable of getting his own shot.

this is also assuming kyrie would turn the ball over every time he has it, assuming the double would get there quick enough, assuming you have the right guys on the double, and assuming lebron (for example) wouldnt force himself open near kyrie. Just shows how media members don't pay attention to smaller market teams. Many people who watch basketball and actually know teams said this would be a tough series. Didn't say Pacers would win the series, but a lot of us knew it would be better than people thought.

While the Cavs are up 2-0 (which is all that matters), they've won 2 games by 7 points. I didn't look it up, but the Cavs seemed to roll through the first round by larger margins last year. At least the games (so far) have been a lot better than last years East playoffs.

LMAO Shannon said KLove can't get his own shot... this confirms Shannon didn't start following the NBA until they started doing this show. Love averaged like 25 and 12 in Minn.... Post player primarily, with a great back-to-the-basket game; straight money from the left elbow, but he could space the floor. The Cavs system did not fit him at all when he first moved, and it still doesn't completely utilize his skill set.... Every player isn't always in the best system to utilize their talents, nor the best role. Look at how Bosh went from a top-10 player as primary option in Toronto to looking questionable in Miami as the tertiary option.
I don't expect them to sweep every team in the East and I can see a six or seven game series depending on whom they play

Cavs shouldn't get too comfortable. 111 points in one game is terrible for a playoff game. 111 points given to the Pacers may not be that big of a deal for the Cavs, but once you get deeper into the playoffs and especially in the Finals, 111 points translates into a loss and a blowout.
The offense will come when you got Kyrie, Lebron, and Love. If there's anything they should take as a given, it's the offense. They should put all their effort in defense and let the offense take care of itself.
