A reminder that successful people carry big targets on their backs. AFAIK most of these accusations aren't proven yet. Also, how many criminals exist? How many people do bad things and never get caught or technically doesn't violate any laws? Powerful people aren't necessarily worse than the average, just have much more opportunity to act on their bad impulses, get much less pushback from people around them, and when they get caught the entire world talks about it. And, as I mentioned above, success makes people jealousy and/or scared, so they'll try to bring you down by any means necessary.
There is no justice or righteousness where large amounts of money is involved. Besides, there aren't even any real living human employees left at anything associated with Google.

I can't speak for every state, but I know the one I live in it's illegal to deny someone employment because they're on the registry. The exception being if they're going to be working with or around minors. At that point, you're well within your rights to say no.
thats a bit of an overly judgemental way to look at things. thats like saying if you have poor friends, then you must be poor too, if you have fat friends, you must be fat too, if you have friends who are bullied you must be bullied too. better not hang out with people if anything is just slightly not up to standards. you dont have to always have friends that are exactly the same as you in every way, people are different. mr beast might have a few "creepers" friends, but that does not have to mean he is one himself just because of that. thats just throwing accusations around with no proof because you dont like somebody you try to make yourself believe the worst of them even in cases where they might actually not be guilty.

People pay more attention to bad news than good ones, and the media feeds on attention, so it servers the worst possible news they can find or make up. Politics is like that too, very little is about what works and what we could do to improve things, almost all of it is about how horrible the other side is and what horrible things they want to do with you. Here is something to keep in mind. If a person is being charitable for the right reasons, they dont need to put a video of it on youtube. Many philanthropists only donate anonymously, because they do not want recognition. They purely want to help and for it to be 100% about the cause. Not about who provides funds. If someone's channel is dedicated to all the good they go around doing, I instantly assume it is for profit, and not for the cause. It may be totally set up, or maybe people are actually being helped. We dont know.
One of the other significant things going on with MrBeast, is he pretty frequently is surrounded by "Yes men." There were two people that Jimmy did a video with (I forget their names), but one was a video on his Chocolate bar "Feastables," and the other his infamous "Beast Burger." Both people gave Jimmy's product middling reviews, and It's speculated (and likely confirmed) that because Jimmy was "doing them a solid," he expected favorable reviews by these people, and when they told him "It ain't good," he's like "WTF is wrong with you?" Since then these people haven't done any collabs with him. Additionally, as Jake Weddle pointed out in his interview with Dog Pack, if you supported Jimmy, or agreed with him, you got more screen time, random bonuses etc., and if you didn't, you weren't in as many videos, and often shoved to the side of production. Jake Weddle also said that Production would frequently edit him _out_ of videos because "He has too much personality."

I watched a video where someone was reacting to a Mr. Beast competition video, the guy didn’t mention anything above it, but the way they talked was Soooo scripted and sounded so fake, with no drama happening between two strangers being locked in a bunker for 100 days? To BE FAIR, Shad. Many ppl backed Shadman back in the day, because originally what he did wasn't horrible. Kept to fictional characters & such. Support for him turned when he did Keemstars UNDERAGE daughter as well as the UNDERAGE actress playing X-23 in Logan. I never kept up with him, but I did see ppl wearing his merch & such because, at first, it was viewed as the rebellious thing. Wasn't for a bit it took a turn for the worst.
Portraying underage characters in that manner is horrible and creepy whether they’re fictional or not, and people who view/enjoy that stuff should be avoided and kept well away from children. You need to do some soul searching and seek professional help if you think that shit’s okay. It’s not.

I think he'll likely survive this. I mean Logan is still up and running despite the many misadventures he's had. We have a fair amount of morally disgusting people who continue to accrue success on these platforms. It is interesting to know that the first time he's taken a meaningful reputational hit was due to a trans individual in his crew and likely DEI requirements that shielded this individual on the back end. I do hear that his doubling down on the DEI standards may have some relation to insurances or something else of the sort, but as far as I know those are speculations in the end. Albeit observations that are fairly easy to make with all evidence we have at hand. Ultimately though, without a court case, a lot of the newest bad rumors going around him can be dismissed as such and a lot of his ardent defenders and fans will likely treat it in that way. Another thing to keep in mind is that Mr. Beast, like all the biggest influencer channels, was partnered with a talent agency. That agency is who provided all the funds for his videos, contests and giveaways and help to promote his content. Jimmy separated from that agency earlier this year. It makes you wonder how much the agency has been covering for him?
Without ever really watching anything about him, or knowing much about their videos and all that, I've never trusted him or his content. I've felt like its all a scam, all exploitative and so on. I've always felt like there was some form of scheme behind everything with some form of dishonesty in the dark.

How i met my friend group: it was in junior high, i had been home schooled up until then, in second period (jrotc) i didn't know where to sit, one of the taller people patted the seat next to him i took the invitation, next day i walk in put my fist on the table and said "we must invade russia" and he said "oookaayy" and then he introduced me to the rest of the group.
Kind of amusing how far ahead of the curve one of my coworkers was in hating the guy- she was previously a special ed teacher, and Mr Beast's crew did one of his videos at the school she worked at (we're in the town he lives in). Eg. the teachers who were given cars were all the school administrators' pets, Jimmy just generally came off as a jerk, and he apparently made fun of one of the special needs kids at one point.
I love that as a child in the early days of the internet I focused on RvB and let’s play’s instead of the garbage like what Mr. Beast has put out. I really believe that helped me see the fakeness for what it is and tbh I was never shocked when people said the videos are fake. What shocks me is the insane amount of negligence on his part to ensure a decent work environment is secured.

For those that don't know, a few years back, Gabbie Hannah hit a bit of a rough patch, she had said some things that were admittedly inappropiate and suddenly everyone on the internet just jumped her dragging her name through the mud, pushing her mentally to the edge, possibly to the point of self harm. UA-camr commentators, tea drinkers, gossipers, even psychoanalysts on youtube, got really self righteous with her calling her the worst person on the internet even though the only thing that she was really guilty of being was alittle bit of a Diva, which is 90 percent of youtubers. Durring that time she had said more than a few times that the people that were coming after her were no better would one day be held accountable for what they were doing. Now some of these people that were self righteous with her like the Ukulele Lady (Colleen Ballinger), Mr. Beast, Ava Tyson, and there was another youtuber (I forget his name but Gabbie warned him that he was with a minor but he slept with the minor anyway), were telling Gabbie to "do better" and that they "hope Gabbie will learn from this experience and Grow" and it would turn out they were all worse than Gabbie and effectively jumping on the Gabbie hate train to make themselves appear better. There were alot of people that jumped on the bandwagon so it will be interesting to see who else gets exposed. Dear god I hope Cinnamon Toast Ken doesn't have any skeletons in his closet. I actually like that dude.

Mr Beast, based on everything I have ever seen of him or from him, is a typical young dude-bro who is gifted at one thing, manipulating people. The reason I say he is skilled at manipulating people is because that is basically what marketing and social networking is all about. You understand what makes people click, what keeps their attention, etc, and you manipulate that. I feel like people don't really understand how rare it is for a person to actually have real character. Most people do not have much character. They are kept in line by social pressure and expectation. If you remove those things, and say, give them tons of money, or if you put them in situations where their social pressure pushes for bad behaviors, most people will willingly embrace bad behavior. Honestly, I would be much more surprised if Mr Beast turned out to be a man of high character who really took the high road, because basically everything about him points in the other direction. We've been told quite a bit now (for those who are listening) that the ways in which social media has been marketed and built are distinctly predatory. The whole thing is built to prey upon people's worse nature and encourage bad habits, etc. That means that someone like Mr. Beast probably doesn't get to that level of popularity without mastering the art of manipulation and using it in ways that are at least mildly predatory. Even if he didn't realize that's what he's doing, it still trains you into patterns of predatory behavior. Take someone like that, and give them massive amounts of money, and fame, and the power that comes with those things and they only way they don't go bad, is if they are a person of extremely high and strong character.

My opinion is Mr. Beast (Jimmy) Hold illegal gambling and contests aimed towards children. I have personal reasons to watch events on him. I cannot say much about it either but yes, he is a scammer, and has a huge influence on children using his charisma to corrupt their thinking. One statement comes to mind, "he seems to be grooming these kids".

Me too. But that's the fault of the media. Or more precisely, the fault of human nature. They say "if it bleed, it leads", and it's true. People pay more attention to bad news than good ones, and the media feeds on attention, so it servers the worst possible news they can find or make up.

Here is something to keep in mind.
If a person is being charitable for the right reasons, they dont need to put a video of it on youtube. Many philanthropists only donate anonymously, because they do not want recognition. They purely want to help and for it to be 100% about the cause. Not about who provides funds.
If someone's channel is dedicated to all the good they go around doing, I instantly assume it is for profit, and not for the cause. It may be totally set up, or maybe people are actually being helped. We dont know.

One of the other significant things going on with MrBeast, is he pretty frequently is surrounded by "Yes men."
There were two people that Jimmy did a video with (I forget their names), but one was a video on his Chocolate bar "Feastables," and the other his infamous "Beast Burger."
Both people gave Jimmy's product middling reviews, and It's speculated (and likely confirmed) that because Jimmy was "doing them a solid," he expected favorable reviews by these people, and when they told him "It ain't good," he's like "WTF is wrong with you?" Since then these people haven't done any collabs with him.
Additionally, as Jake Weddle pointed out in his interview with Dog Pack, if you supported Jimmy, or agreed with him, you got more screen time, random bonuses etc., and if you didn't, you weren't in as many videos, and often shoved to the side of production. Jake Weddle also said that Production would frequently edit him _out_ of videos because "He has too much personality."
Jimmy needs to be investigated.
Have we considered the possibility of the Mr. Beast team, to create this whole controversy, on purpose, just to drive publicity? I feel like we've seen such things before on UA-cam. MatPat calls it the "Logan Loophole," after Logan Paul.
I watched a video where someone was reacting to a Mr. Beast competition video, the guy didn’t mention anything above it, but the way they talked was Soooo scripted and sounded so fake, with no drama happening between two strangers being locked in a bunker for 100 days? I don’t know, came off as disingenuous.
It was probably a Nux video--but yeah, that whole thing is so cringy. People don't actually act like that, and if these were two "Strangers," I can garuntee you, they'd be working together, and talking instead of fighting.

I never kept up with him, but I did see ppl wearing his merch & such because, at first, it was viewed as the rebellious thing. Wasn't for a bit it took a turn for the worst.

1. There is *zero* chance beastie is as big as he is without outside help. YT, Google, and the big money that owns them push him along.
2. There is *zero* chance he did not know of the under age insanity in 'his' empire.
3. Unless there's enough integrity in beasts local law enforcement, there is zero chance any of his empire - including him - face actual justice for his - et al - criminal behaviors. I certainly hope I am wrong though.
I think he'll likely survive this. I mean Logan is still up and running despite the many misadventures he's had. We have a fair amount of morally disgusting people who continue to accrue success on these platforms. It is interesting to know that the first time he's taken a meaningful reputational hit was due to a trans individual in his crew and likely DEI requirements that shielded this individual on the back end. I do hear that his doubling down on the DEI standards may have some relation to insurances or something else of the sort, but as far as I know those are speculations in the end. Albeit observations that are fairly easy to make with all evidence we have at hand.
Ultimately though, without a court case, a lot of the newest bad rumors going around him can be dismissed as such and a lot of his ardent defenders and fans will likely treat it in that way. Likely they will assume that it is just clout chasing, similar to when previously he was accused of horrible things because he was a white savior. Again it is funny that actions that offends more traditional values are what made him take such a blow while offenses to more "modern values" have done nothing to him and his numbers. He's also much more of a mainstream product then a niche product. Unless it's a betrayal of his core audience itself, it likely won't damage his views. And that's part of what I'm wondering.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Mr. Beast, like all the biggest influencer channels, was partnered with a talent agency. That agency is who provided all the funds for his videos, contests and giveaways and help to promote his content. Jimmy separated from that agency earlier this year. It makes you wonder how much the agency has been covering for him?
The dislike ratio on the recent video is incredible.

Without ever really watching anything about him, or knowing much about their videos and all that, I've never trusted him or his content. I've felt like its all a scam, all exploitative and so on. I've always felt like there was some form of scheme behind everything with some form of dishonesty in the dark.

I used to think that Jimmy was a decent guy, but then he defended Chris Tyson after he abandoned his wife and child to pursue his delusional fantasies. Lost all respect for him after that.
It's obvious that everything is scripted. The majority of the Spanish speaking community realized this when in that 50 big youtubers from around the world video he made he made Logan Paul go first on a challenge on the basis that he was the one the most subscribers whilst Spanish youtuber El Rubius was there who has almost double Logan's followers. It's little stuff like this that makes you think that all the bigger stuff must indeed be real.

How i met my friend group: it was in junior high, i had been home schooled up until then, in second period (jrotc) i didn't know where to sit, one of the taller people patted the seat next to him i took the invitation, next day i walk in put my fist on the table and said "we must invade russia" and he said "oookaayy" and then he introduced me to the rest of the group.
Kind of amusing how far ahead of the curve one of my coworkers was in hating the guy- she was previously a special ed teacher, and Mr Beast's crew did one of his videos at the school she worked at (we're in the town he lives in). Eg. the teachers who were given cars were all the school administrators' pets, Jimmy just generally came off as a jerk, and he apparently made fun of one of the special needs kids at one point.
I love that as a child in the early days of the internet I focused on RvB and let’s play’s instead of the garbage like what Mr. Beast has put out. I really believe that helped me see the fakeness for what it is and tbh I was never shocked when people said the videos are fake. What shocks me is the insane amount of negligence on his part to ensure a decent work environment is secured.

The Gabbie Hannah Curse strikes again. For those that don't know, a few years back, Gabbie Hannah hit a bit of a rough patch, she had said some things that were admittedly inappropiate and suddenly everyone on the internet just jumped her dragging her name through the mud, pushing her mentally to the edge, possibly to the point of self harm. UA-camr commentators, tea drinkers, gossipers, even psychoanalysts on youtube, got really self righteous with her calling her the worst person on the internet even though the only thing that she was really guilty of being was alittle bit of a Diva, which is 90 percent of youtubers. Durring that time she had said more than a few times that the people that were coming after her were no better would one day be held accountable for what they were doing. Now some of these people that were self righteous with her like the Ukulele Lady (Colleen Ballinger), Mr. Beast, Ava Tyson, and there was another youtuber (I forget his name but Gabbie warned him that he was with a minor but he slept with the minor anyway), were telling Gabbie to "do better" and that they "hope Gabbie will learn from this experience and Grow" and it would turn out they were all worse than Gabbie and effectively jumping on the Gabbie hate train to make themselves appear better. There were alot of people that jumped on the bandwagon so it will be interesting to see who else gets exposed. Dear god I hope Cinnamon Toast Ken doesn't have any skeletons in his closet. I actually like that dude.

Mr Beast, based on everything I have ever seen of him or from him, is a typical young dude-bro who is gifted at one thing, manipulating people. The reason I say he is skilled at manipulating people is because that is basically what marketing and social networking is all about. You understand what makes people click, what keeps their attention, etc, and you manipulate that.
I feel like people don't really understand how rare it is for a person to actually have real character. Most people do not have much character. They are kept in line by social pressure and expectation. If you remove those things, and say, give them tons of money, or if you put them in situations where their social pressure pushes for bad behaviors, most people will willingly embrace bad behavior.
Honestly, I would be much more surprised if Mr Beast turned out to be a man of high character who really took the high road, because basically everything about him points in the other direction.
We've been told quite a bit now (for those who are listening) that the ways in which social media has been marketed and built are distinctly predatory. The whole thing is built to prey upon people's worse nature and encourage bad habits, etc.
That means that someone like Mr. Beast probably doesn't get to that level of popularity without mastering the art of manipulation and using it in ways that are at least mildly predatory. Even if he didn't realize that's what he's doing, it still trains you into patterns of predatory behavior.
Take someone like that, and give them massive amounts of money, and fame, and the power that comes with those things and they only way they don't go bad, is if they are a person of extremely high and strong character.
