It's funny because my parents are immigrants from Asia. They cook all year round healthy food for lunch and dinner, a full course and balanced meal. When Thanksgiving comes around, my mom does the exact opposite of what most people would do in America then; buy take-outs, fast food, and junk food in general.
It's so weird how a lot of people forget pre covid times when it comes to common winter time effects. Winter comes around, and the common sickness issues that happen all winter are suddenly covid related. I'm not a denier, but holy hell, guys, we should know this stuff by now, vaccine or not. Maybe because most winter related illness happens when you get older, and our generation is hitting that age.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. Thanksgiving is hands down the best holiday. You get together with family, eat a lot of food and enjoy each other's company. It's simple, no stress of getting gifts or any of that stuff, just getting food, cleaning up, and having a nice relaxing day. And leftovers, the added bonus.
You can't really say to pay people more so we don't have to tip...then 10 mins later say fast food is too expensive. They pay like, $14 an hour at McDonald's now, one reason why there is no longer a proper $1 menu. ❤
I'm the same as Charlie no media actually scares or unnerves me I don't think that is so weird pretty sure it's desensitization and maybe because me and Charlie fear our own deaths far more that media just doesn't effect us as much

They have tipping as an option on robots or self-service machines because a small percentage of people will actually leave a tip. It costs the other side literally nothing to implement this and they'll get free money for absolutely nothing. They'd be daft not to do it.
Hard disagree on tips, everyone I speak to, and I have to say EVERYONE that has ever worked in an industry with tips loves it because they just make so much, I know waiters making $4k a month, they literally make $60 an hour as a waiter, working like 15 hours a week. I'm genuinely planning become a waiter once I quit my current job.
Nah you guys are tripping oun Blair witch, I know they don't really care all that much about movies and just them for entertainment but their taste in movies is so bad. Blair witch is one pioneers, it is an instant classic. It is what horror movies should be. It was built entirely upon acting and a well told story. The fact that they crafted one of the best movies ever with a shoestring budget is amazing. It has no cliches, no tropes, no cheap jumpsacres and is just horrifying through being well made, which is exactly what you all complain about modern horror movies so I don't understand how you didn't like it. It is genuinely amazing and I feel like they didn't give it any credit it deserved at all, with just bland unhelpful criticism. It is one of the best horror movies and this is why I never take any of their opinions on movies to seriously.
We eliminated the turkey from the menu this year. Instead, we spatchcocked a chicken, seasoned the outside, and threw it on the grill. Highly recommend. It was crispy and delicious and ready within an hour versus the turkey which takes so fucking long to cook with such little rewards.
17:00 robably because everyone watches their every move through the open kitchen, with extremely emotive and obvious facial expressions to show their displeasure with the service and wait time, i would be pouting too.
A lot of restaurants delivered before the pandemic and *gasp* the cost was reasonable. Now, even most of the pizza places where I live don't deliver, you have to use a service. And an $18 pizza might cost you $24ish to have it delivered. I ordered Taco Bell a while back and the food total was like $18-19, the order cost me like $41. I was sick, so I wasn't feeling going down there and said fuck it. It still pisses me off. And ya, fast food has gotten ridiculous. The burger meals at my BK start at over $15 and go up to $21. KFC and Popeyes around here literally charge more than twice what the other places that sell fried chicken around here do. You can get a steak meal at an actual restaurant or get a 2/3 piece meal from a fast food chicken joint. Part of it is sit down restaurants aren't making nearly the money they used to so they keep the margins down, fast food which is the lower quality food and service now charges as much or more.

26:27 : They finally figured out why they don’t say thank you in thanksgiving anymore! All day need is kids and they start celebrating thanksgiving like they used too lol. Been watching for so long I’ve always wondered how long it would take for them to connect the dots.
It's funny because my parents are immigrants from Asia. They cook all year round healthy food for lunch and dinner, a full course and balanced meal. When Thanksgiving comes around, my mom does the exact opposite of what most people would do in America then; buy take-outs, fast food, and junk food in general.
Jackson you're doing god's work buying all those copies of the talos principle 2, I NEED a trilogy man
I loved hearing about Kaya's thanksgiving experience it was genuinely heartwarming ❤
thank you big brah for uploading
The squad is finally back together! Lets go!!!!
American patriot Kaya is so sick. He gets it now
"It" really does depend on which part of America you are living in lol. LA is hell lol
at 1:02:54 that genuine hard laugh from Kaya did my soul good on this trying day
It's so weird how a lot of people forget pre covid times when it comes to common winter time effects.
Winter comes around, and the common sickness issues that happen all winter are suddenly covid related.
I'm not a denier, but holy hell, guys, we should know this stuff by now, vaccine or not.
Maybe because most winter related illness happens when you get older, and our generation is hitting that age.
shoutout Andrew and Jackson for being LAD/Yakuza fans, its nice to know that guys i like like games i like (ignore the accidental tounge twister)
Kaya's thoughts on tipping are based asf
Idk why, but hearing foreigners saying America is a great country just _feels_ good.
You can't really say to pay people more so we don't have to tip...then 10 mins later say fast food is too expensive. They pay like, $14 an hour at McDonald's now, one reason why there is no longer a proper $1 menu. ❤
I'm the same as Charlie no media actually scares or unnerves me I don't think that is so weird pretty sure it's desensitization and maybe because me and Charlie fear our own deaths far more that media just doesn't effect us as much
I'm happy andrew has returned and I'm happy kaya likes the Thanksgiving and i really enjoyed operation to scare charlie i love when charlie play horror games it's one of my favorites 🧔🏻♀️
People who's wage depends on tips are gambling.
I don't enable gamblers.
Minecraft youtubers try not to kill their careers (impossible)
Props to the people that forced themsleves into liking the others just to get more Charlie content, I'm not strong enough 🤣
They have tipping as an option on robots or self-service machines because a small percentage of people will actually leave a tip. It costs the other side literally nothing to implement this and they'll get free money for absolutely nothing. They'd be daft not to do it.
You gotta be inventive with the turkey, my brother makes a smoked turkey every year it’s fantastic
air fried turkey and smoked turkey go hard
Hard disagree on tips, everyone I speak to, and I have to say EVERYONE that has ever worked in an industry with tips loves it because they just make so much, I know waiters making $4k a month, they literally make $60 an hour as a waiter, working like 15 hours a week. I'm genuinely planning become a waiter once I quit my current job.
It’s like a gambler that wins 99% of the time screaming about the 1% of the time that they lose.
Cornbread casserole/stuffing/cornbread dressing are three different dishes I'm in the south Louisiana
We eliminated the turkey from the menu this year. Instead, we spatchcocked a chicken, seasoned the outside, and threw it on the grill. Highly recommend. It was crispy and delicious and ready within an hour versus the turkey which takes so fucking long to cook with such little rewards.
20:32 - Charlie just casually flexing. Nice.
17:00 robably because everyone watches their every move through the open kitchen, with extremely emotive and obvious facial expressions to show their displeasure with the service and wait time, i would be pouting too.
you guys need to release the full version of the outro song that lofi version of the edit is so so gooood
Kaya moved to the Fucking US in such a low-key fashion I love it
KAYA THE PATRIOT 🦅 🦅 🦅 🦅 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 RAAHHHHH 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸🦅🇺🇸🦅
Man, this new Andrew clone makes it feel like he's still with us.
true american kaya thanksgiving is all about the sides unless you got a good meat but its still mostly sides
I'm not an avid viewer of this podcast, I've probably only seen 3 episodes in full, but I have to ask, do these guys ever agree on anything? It seems like they're always arguing with each other or at the very least doubting what the other said.
They hate each other and only do it for the money.
Really though, they just have wildly varied opinions, which can sometimes be nice to have different opinions
Omg ty for validating me, the vibe felt kinda hostile at times 😭
