Fun Fact: a bullet actually did land on my head like 8 years ago, was at an angle so it just embedded itself between my skin and skull (about an inch from where it entered). Heard the same night one went through a little girl's foot and damaged a few cars.

If you think it's so smart to avoid paying taxes, then you should move to a part of the world with low taxes. Just don't complain if the bridges seem unsafe and the drinking water occasionally tests positive for lead, pesticides, parasites or hazardous bacteria.

Ok im gonna have to quote the mythbusters here. Shooting straight up WILL kill someone if it comes back down! The bullet will come down at its terminal velocity, which is still lethal for most bullets because they are designed to be aerodynamic. Shooting into the air is ridiculously reckless, and should only be done in open fields with lower velocity ammunition, like when bird hunting.

What is a criminal act, however, is firing off a shot at a 30 degree angle in a crowded neighborhood. And no, firing a bullet directly into the air is not safe, it can still take out some fuckers eye.
If you are on someones property and they ask you to leave, it is trespassing. Fucking duh, its federal law and well known information here in the states.

No, if you shoot straight up, it will still be dangerous. Unlikely to kill, but still able to seriously injure, as most bullets have a terminal velocity of around 200 miles an hour.

What I was trying to say was that Frank shouldn't have taken Boogie's "Come to my house or you're a pussy" comments, which to my knowledge were said OVER THE INTERNET, so seriously. He should've just stayed home rather than inciting hostility from an obviously unstable individual. Both were responsible for this escalation from petty online feud to real-life legal issue.

When I was a little kid my sister and I were watching 1000 Ways to Die and on one episode a dude fired a gun into the air to celebrate his wedding and later it came back down and killed him. And my sister was in hysterics telling me to never shoot a gun straight up and to this day that still lingers in my mind whenever I see someone fire a gun into the air
If you fire a gun at a 90° angle to the ground it won’t come down with force but any deviation to that and it will

Also, firing at any angle in the air the round maintains its ballistic arc and can be...well it might not kill you, but uh, it also might. A projectile in just free fall, as if dropped, not shot, is pretty harmless. Don't shoot guns into the air, it will come down, and the odds are astronomical, but it could kill someone.
It seems most people are on the side of "don't harass UA-camrs at their homes," but that's not even one of the sides of the debate. Frank took a picture when he was in town for a different reason, then Boogie told him to show up in an interview. Then, when that interview didn't get posted, Frank went to his house. Also, Frank just walked up and knocked on the door, and Boogie willingly opened the door, which eliminates any stand your ground law that might have been in place. Also, Frank does make money on this through Gumroad.

A bullet fired straight up can still be lethal, because if there's wind or even the Coriolis effect, the horizontal velocity combines with the downward velocity to make a diagonal vector that can actually be greater than normal terminal velocity.
Hes partially correct about the angle. Boogie fire at around 45-70 degrees. At that angle, the round will still have its energy it had when leaving the barrel (albeit, greatly depleted) when it made impact. It definitely could have been lethal when it made impact. 45 is actually the optimal angle for distance vs energy and it looks about that.
