What an absolutely lovely pedestrian-friendly old city. Everywhere one looks, there's a historic postcard-quality perspective with gorgeous architecture and those awesome trams. The rooftop views are simply stunning by the way. I also love the ambient noise one hears. Truly like being there.

Wow. From snowy freezing New York to sunny and warm Lisboa. There in that city is my most favorite soccer stadium worldwide ( Estadio da Luz from Benfica ). I live in Germany and we have tons of crazy soccer stadiums. I never made it to Lisboa and i hope i will in the future but New York is first. By far.

Beautiful video of Lisboa....I was last there in early 70's....it was old and somewhat run down, the cafeterias had very little refrigeration & reused the ice cubes from a previous customer. Looks like a new city now! Walt in Miami
