she said each biton tablet contains 10000micrograms of biotin but it contains just 10 micrograms per table.
ou need to consume tablets as per your body requirements.
We need to take as per our age ...
Here is the table
For children 1 to 3 years - 8 mcg
For children 4 to 8 years - 12 mcg
For teens 14 to 18 years - 25 mcg
For adults 19 years and over - 30 mcg
For breastfeeding women - 35 mcg
See the maximum requirement per day is 35mcg for breastfeeding women and she is saying single tablet contains 10000mcg

Actually.. biotin is water soluble in nature.. what you have said is right. 30 mcg per day is enough. But, taking excess of it doesn't harm you.. coz the excess amt isn't going to get absorbed into the body.. so body takes only the amount it needs i.e., app 30 mcg. Which inturn, helps in better absorption of other vitamins which we get from food we take.

@@shalini5303 Thanks for that wonderful explanation, but if we consume excess of biotin then that can cause sdie effects like insomina , excessive urination and thirst.
It's true that it is a water-soluble vitamin, it is excreted in the urine when in excess and causes no harm but why should we take that in excess ?
