I have this CD and love the song "Some Kind Of Friend" and this one, too. I used to laugh that it always sounded like the drummer drummed the same pattern in every song. I was listening to the CD and found this, finally, after finding 6,387 bands named Motorpsycho, from basement screaming kiddies to that sucky Norweigian band. I miss these guys.
I got the demo at Tower Records in Covina, CA. I think that was back in the early 90's, paid 2 bucks at the counter for it, figured why not... I bought the CD, lost it and finally remembered the name WRENCHED literally about a week ago, did a little search and found the album..
@@tacticalbigfoot I have that cassette too...I think. Is it the white, self-titled, one? I grew up in West Covina and heard they were from here. I probably got it at the same Tower! Miss those days.
@@hankadelicflash I dont fully recall what the demo looked like. I think it was black with a whitish/grey wrench and their name in blue. They were bad ass bro. I grew up in Glendora, my wife is from Covina, I spent a lot of time there back in the day. I miss those days too, wish I could go back to 91/92, had a ton of fun back then.
I got their tape in a Thrasher mag back around '92, maybe earlier. Still shreds like no other. How does it feel to accomplish what Machinehead and Slipknot have done over the past few years, but you we're doing it decades before...
Great song, first time in 20 some years I heard it, but it damn near impossible to find more music or info about the band (norwegian band gets all the search results) anyone know more?
Hello has spent 18 years looking for this great group I'm thankful you've uploaded to youtube never thought there was a video thanks greetings from mexico
Thanks for the upload. I first saw this on the UK TV show *Raw Power/Noisy Mothers.* Whilst not my favourite style of Rock, the driving riff left an impression.
I remember this short single album back in 94 I believe it was. It was right next to the nirvana nevermind. I listened to the hell out of it..glad to see some of it here.
wow i love this album takes me back to high school this is the first time ive seen the video mtv wouldn't play this back then haha tho great album allot of good songs there
I know the singer/guitarist, Larry. I just posted video of his current band, Riotgun, which he began after Motorpsycho dissolved in 1993. There was a Motopsycho reunion show in 2008, who knows when it will happen again. Check out Riotgun.
all I know this US band but do u know something about them ??? cos I used to have this clip on VHS tape 20 years ago , and also everywhere is about Norwegian band Motorpsycho and I can't find anything about US band :(
An underestimated band, I have 2 tattoos of this band. The album cover and an illustration of the booklet. I bought the record at the time.
I got a mix tape from NME magazine in like 91 or 92 with this song on one side and Prong on the other!
WHat a jam!

anyone have the video to Truth? I am in that one. It was shot outside of the Green Door in Ontario Calif
I was one of the make-up artists that worked on "Truth" and "Scarred for Life." Let me know when you post it, thx.
Who is that beautiful woman at the end of the video combing the doll?
@CharlesSchneiderfilm
Please do!!!
@DoomRelief
I directed that one also. Maybe I will post it some day!
@DoomRelief
I will - but it will take some time.....But it does exist and will happen this year!
HA! Who doesn't know Larry? I still talk to him once in awhile, which is kinda pathetic cause he only lives about 4 miles from me...
@thanatoutheosJr
I thought the same thing...
i thought they were the norwegian band. anyway, great song
Awesome song, so they ARE a different band to the dodgy Norwegians, and I thought they mellowed!
