We don't ship machines internationally right now; also, the CC1 isn't engineered for your power grid so it wouldn't work as well. If you can get your hands on a Silvia, definitely the best choice -- I don't believe the UK Breville presence is selling the Infuser, but you could check. I know they have branding rights issues in the UK. - Kat
I've had the ENA 3 since 2008 and I just now realized (learned) that I can adjust the volume of water in an individual shot. My partner drinks Americano's all the time. She'll be delighted to learn this now and pissed to realized it so late. p.s. the machine still runs like a champ, 14 years later.
Hi -- I'm trying to decide between the Ena 4 and the Jura F7. We mostly will use the machine to make STRONG cups of coffee with a nice crema (and espresso as well), but we don't care as much about the frothing or steamed milk. We don't care about the smaller water capacity of the Ena4, so that's not an issue. If you were going to choose one, which would you choose? Thanks so much -- we LOVE your videos on UA-cam.
I'd definitely go with the ENA 4; the only thing I don't love about that machine is the steam function, so if you guys are using it rarely, you'll totally dig it. - Kat
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! You know I spend most of every day converting hip hop songs into other songs depending on the circumstance so this spoke to my soul :) - Kat
Silvia is a good choice but definitely takes some practice to wrassle that steam. Probably my favorite for easily producing great microfoam without a ton of skill is the CC1 or the Breville Infuser is nice, too. - Kat
The lower the fat, the more air you need to integrate during steaming, and your milk will still be very fluffy foam. I don't like the steam wand's basic design, but it does an okay job creating foam :) - Kat
I now have the ENA 4, and it is awesome. Quick question: when I empty the coffee grounds, they are loose (and not in a puck shape). Should I be worried about this? I'm wondering if my beans are too oily....
I responded to your other request as well -- unfortunately, we can't; we won't be carrying that machine so won't be able to do a review. Sorry! :( - Kat
great explanation, just got the ENA 3 yesterday! :D
Sweet! Hope you enjoy it!
Welcome back!!! Glad to hear things are on track for you and that you're safe n' sound - Kat

Love this review, thank you. I wish I lived in Seattle and I would swing by. Off to watch our other reviews now!
Awesome! Thanks so much. Hope to visit Seattle sometime soon and will stop in for a visit (and some good coffee!)
