It's been a while since I last used my 3dio, but I always have such fun with it! I have kept my whispers, movements and touch very gentle and slow, which I personally think is perfect for sending you off to sleep.
Triggers include: 3Dio ear massage, slow ear massage, female voice breathy whisper, binaural ear to ear whispering, ear cleaning, ear brushing, ear cupping, ear massage with lotion.

try quitting painkillers... but yeah that sucks and she's way calming, cheaper than a freaking methadone clinic or something.
I also know this is very unconventional and probably frowned upon... I know people that shrooms have helped... it's not permanent but will get you over "the hump" so to speak.
This is my first video of yours, but I really don't think it's gonna be the last. I love your accent, the sound quality is good, and this was very calming and gentle but not too quiet. I'm sold!

If you feel out of practice with the 3Dio then it must be like a bicycle because it was just as tingly as ever. Certainly heavenly and mind-melting relaxation
