A wonderful and relaxing meditation. I studied Hindu meditative practices very early in Uni and it has carried me through the rest of my medical career. The temple pressure points are very important when my migraines come-a-calling. I find a tight headband lowers the pain to a "low scream" level. I look forward to your next posting. Be safe.

I have to confess: I have been unfaithful. But whenever I have gone astray, I always miss how nearly perfect - and yet so natural - your videos feel. Its like coming home here.
In going elsewhere, It becomes clear that no one one puts as much effort into appearing effortless and natural as you do.
I hope you find this and get what I mean. I (we) always feel like you are right here. And you just don’t seem to have the subtle glitches or distracting little imperfections that others let pass.
