@@madmod considering I have a CR-V with the same K24 and had issues with the alternator causing my amps to kick out under hard acceleration, I am just throwing it out there. My fix was welding the two halfs of the pulley

My guess for the intake air temperature sensor, is that the air density changes with temperature. It needs to know what the air temperature is, to adjust for the density, so I can properly phase the cam based on air density. Less dense air needs more time to fill the cylinder with the same volume. More dense air need less time to fill the cylinder with the same volume. At least from a physics and science standpoint, that's likely what's going on.

imakedookie well yes but im sure the unequal length headers gives it that growl sound. it is what gives my subaru a deep rumble so it might be the case on this too.

Also how the cylinders merge makes a big difference in sound, like 1 with 3 and 2 with 4 or 1 with 4 or 2 with 3. I had to do 1/4 and 2/3 on a 1.3L running motorbike quad carbs to get them equal length for the engine bay size, sounded totally different than others with same setup minus my exhaust.

I ran a setup like that for 5-6yrs , it allowed me to go steath and sleeper and not have some big visible intercooler hanging out. Great power adding crutch.

Not bad at all bro! I had overcharging issues on my last dyno tune. I made it up to 385 whp before my alternator started charging up to 19 volts at 8500 rpm. I put a stock alternator in it and no more issues. My built LSVTEC made 612 whp at 22.5 psi.
When he showed the log on the voltage it was all over the place like a loose ground or a bad diode in the alternator. Knowing Kyle it’s probably a loose ground lol. They’ll figure it out, they always do, just hope in time to see it ripping properly at the track.

Eh, so long as it doesn't lift the head, water injection can add 10 to 15% to HP. Check out water/methanol injection.

Andrew Mayo the gauge was a repurposed fuel pressure gauge. It’s connected to oil pressure sensor tho.
