Opera Insight Segment 1 La Traviata

The Introduction to the season is followed by Verdi’s “La Traviata”. This opera contributes to our understanding of Love as rooted in a social context, rife with personal self-knowledge and sacrifice.

Really excellent insight into an opera that I have already seen a half-dozen times. It gave me greater appreciation for the characters as well as the director's discretion. I can't wait to see it in a couple weeks.
