I'm a beginner lifter, so if you have any helpful advice, I'll gladly take it.
I've been lifting weights and strength training for 2.5 months. I wouldn't exactly call it a transformation, but this is just the beginning. In the next couple months, I'll be focusing on building more muscle. So hopefully we'll see some more improvement then.

@@KoreaKingy Thanks man! I've been getting a little bored and unmotivated with the type content of been making before, decided to change things up a little bit and right now I'm working on a video where I learn a handstand! I really like the style of your content and your unique spin on learning new things/progressing, keep up the good work!

Nice progresss on strength !!!. Try to do higher reps like in 8-12 range to see more hypertrophy ( muscle gains )

I trained for a month, been doing pushdays with push workouts.
Just for example, I'll be using 2 of my first workouts of pushday. 1 set: 8-10 reps.
I did 30-35kg flat bench press 3 sets
20-25kg incline bench press 2 sets.
Now I do 3 sets of flat and 3 sets of incline with 50kg.
Only after around 25-28days of training.

You are not going to gain visible amount of muscle in 2-3 months of training. It takes years of hardworking + right diet. Using roids can make it several times fasters but at risk of your health. It is never ending journey of lifting for muscles. It takes so long to build up the muscle but it is depressing how fast it goes away once you stop working out. :(
Unless you are one of those few born with special gene and body, it is just a losing war for rest of us normal ppls without roids use. :(

Full cap you can make a change in a month depending on how good your genetics are 😂 maybe u wouldnt change crazy but you will deffinetly change

@@satyampatel6643 if you are saiyans. U can keep working out 24/7 and gain power and muscle. U get stronger while u are working out not resting. Give me super soldier serum. 🤣

yeah, I'm a slow gainer as well. For some reason, my back has gone bigger but my shoulders and chest are lacking lol I think it will take me a while. It's only when I put my hand on my leg, or chest, I can feel the muscle and I know, I'm getting stronger but in pictures, there doesn't seem to be any changes lol.
