Why don’t you draw lines for the elbow plane? Most of the tour players take the clubhead up the elbow plane and swing it right back down on top of the elbow plane. That’s why at impact the shaft is a little higher than the address angle/original shaft plane.

Stefan Pete care to elaborate? Go watch some pro swings and you’ll see it.

      Some Dude thanks for posting.
I’ve done some elbow plane on other videos like the deep to shallow videos showing the right elbow shave down the shaft plane.

Not surprised he spent time with Mac Ogrady pity he dose not give him some credit for what is one of the best swings on tour

Yeah I don’t think Mac wants people mentioning him ..

Rock’s action does look just like Mac’s action in his prime. He doesn’t have have that stack and tilt look that Bennett’s and Plummer’s guys have. They supposedly learned that from Mac but I never saw Mac making those moves just a few elements of it maybe. Where did they get off track with Mac’s MORAD system?

      Hey Jeff,
Yes Rocks Action has similar moves doesn’t it. I don’t think I understand the question at the end? Where did they get off tradable with Macs MORAD system? - who do you mean?

@@CraigHansonGolf the stack and tilt action that Elk, Badds, Kevin Na, etc have some differences in the look from what Mac, Rock etc had. Mac was a long hitter back in the day too. Top 10 driving distance. Most of the S&T guys now don’t seem to be as long. I really don’t know a lot about it just my observations from watching. I’m fascinated by Mac tho. Been watching a lot of videos and looking for more info on him. U said in one of your videos that he was one of the best instructors ever. What made u say that?

@@CraigHansonGolf i meant Bennett and Plummer. The swing they teach seems different than the MORAD action Mac had. At least the way Elk, Badds, Na-i mean Charlie Wi looked doing it.

@@jeffrichardson4941 yeah I didn’t really follow the stack and tilt thing 100% so I don’t know exactly all the details to be honest. I personally don’t like the weight left with a driver. I think you lose power. It’s a great set up for a lot I club players.
It’s super famous. Great name as well stack and tilt.
Those guys are clever. Hats off to them their famous. I’ll They have achieved a lot and I’m sure had unbelievable experiences.
I’ve seen a lot of boot leg stuff watches heaps of hours of MAC teaching.
He’s a mad Genius. A innovator. Way ahead of his time. He figured stuff out that others didn’t.
So many people have learnt a lot from him. Me included

@@CraigHansonGolf yeah I agree. Everyone here was doing stack and tilt there for a while. I always had a big shift to the right leg then forward kinda like Hal Sutton and Curtis strange or tiger in early 2000 so everyone was telling me i needed to change to Stack and Tilt blah blah. I tried it a few times and the 8* driver i usually hit nice high fades with wouldn’t get off the ground hardly. Looked like a scalded ape running less than quail high. Carried maybe 200 and run forever if the fairways were firm which they hardly ever were in Ohio or Indiana where I play most of my golf. Nicklaus was from ohio and there is a reason he hit is high and carried it. The ground is wet af 80% of the year and the ball rolls nowhere. The only way i could make stack and tilt work was to set my weight on my right side at address then drive forward from there. If I was really going to go that route, I would find someone that is an expert on it and go see them. I agree about Mac. What a character. Super secretive about what he is doing. Wouldn’t take money for golf lessons. What??? Teaching golf is hard af. Why do it if not getting paid?! I was trying to teach my gf some stuff last night at the range and was about to lose my frickin mind! 😂😂😂. There is a video on here of Mac trying to teach someone to hit a push draw and the guy just couldn’t do it. Mac made it so simple I thought by laying clubs and balls down on the ground showing the path plus showing the guy to line up right foot back etc. Mac and the student was about to go crazy. Finally, some other guy was there and gave the guy some ideas and he finally was able to hit some draws. Fricken hilarious unless u been there both as a teacher and a student 😂😂😂
