Yep. It also keeps you from cupping the left wrist at the top although it does shorten the back swing length and will take some adjustments

Ive seen Sergio in Valencia El Saler hiting many shows 3 wood. The ball starts like a rocket in a very low fly and when the ball is 150 meters away sudenly starts fly higher and higher, like a F18 plane

Sergio is more or less 5 foot, 7 but his hands and feet are from a basketball player regardless his incredible hability he has one of the most stronger legs have ever seen, have seen him runing and Im sure he can speed like a pro fútbol player, his back is also not normal. Sergio is an athlete and as Lara said ones, Sergio is has been touch by The Hand of God.

You know it's incredible these videos you can't go against facts and that's what these videos are!!! My personal opinion and who really cares lol but I rather call them forces instead of positions,,,, I've been striking the ball 100 percent better since I started follow you,, I've been able to get my club were its supposed to be,, 1oclock face, correct path, stay centered,, good shoulder turn etc,, a d I'll tell iam absolutely on the money,,, no shit I've taken 10 strokes off my score by following and listening to what you say!!! It's incredible the feeling now to play golf,, what a different Game for me!!! Just wanna say Thank You for what you do!!!! Bravo Bravo

I see Tiger right elbow 1/2 way on the downswing is closer to the target and leading the wrist closer to Hogan than Sergio. Both great swings. I will take either one 😉

Craig, What are the best ways of working on increasing the amount of external rotation in the right shoulder in the backswing so it sticks? I have worked on this before but always fall back to more splayed elbows at the top.
That’s a very good question. If you have had any injuries in your shoulder or perhaps any arthritis I would be careful in your approach.
Expert opinions are extremely important. Robbie Cannon 2 times Irish Amateur Champion and Golf fitness trainer from the European tour has helped me with my speed and mobility greatly. He’s one of the best in the world and he does a great online screening test and a training program.

@@CraigHansonGolf Craig, I have very good mobility in that area , getting into a high degree of external rotation in the right shoulder is not difficult or uncomfortable for me I just have been unable to not fall back to splayed elbows at the top. unless I am fully conscious of deliberately getting into what feels an extreme level of external rotation but as soon as I relax and don't think about it it falls back. I am using one of these at the moment with Live View Pro for visual feedback cutting long grass www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LONGRIDGE-POWER-BAND-GOLF-SWING-TRAINING-AID-IMPROVES-POWER-CONTROL/254565542753?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649 and have ordered a smart ball which I will put in between the elbows and rep out cutting grass. Is there anything else I can do drill wise? Do people do this external rotation of the right shoulder naturally or is always trained?
If your wrist alignments are correct and your right wrist is setting back on itself and the lead wrist is moving into flexion slightly at the top - your elbows will also stay closer together.
@@CraigHansonGolf Craig, I am doing that in transition. I have just finished working on it for an hour cutting grass then hit 90 balls. I am going to do that for 2 weeks and see if it sticks.
