Plenty of lands that come in tapped have and still see play, it’s all a matter of what deck and how many. Also, the wink emoji doesn’t match the tone of the rest of your comment.

Lol I don’t think this is Bazaar for Dredge but it def has a lot of fringe play in combo in general as you mentioned, possibly also hard control.
