Another excellent video..great tips on ant reproducing. I will try it but its gonna be hard to beat the ant acid as far as producing fish.

KG's making videos, it must be COLD in Montana. So when you were in Michigan were your ants all black. I've lived in Michigan most of my life and I don't recall seeing too many large ant that weren't black. Keep the good stuff coming buddy, and don't freeze to death out there.

Johnny, I only guided there 25 years or so. For sure most were big blacks (10 and 12s) usually, but plenty of brown blacks in the smaller 14 16 sizes. On the upper Manistee there were those huge Carpenter ant hills that were full of the giant blacks, some of those hills were 6 feet across and three feet high, pure trout food. Only 30 below this morning, kid stuff
