It's just launched, same, I got in after 30 minutes and every level 1, 2 and 3 area was already fully claimed by a player. Terrible experience for a new player, not being able to do the content that is intended for them.
I truly see so many new world things in this game I thought it was the same developers. Cutting trees, ores, layouts I mean I like it a lot though I liked new world too.

This game evolved SO MUCH since the first beta, i love how much work the devs poured on the last couple of years, as always i'll keep my hopes low, but i really want this game to succeed.
I tried the demo, it's still pretty rough. It needs at least a year of polishing. July release date will be a disaster unless they labeled it as an "early access" game.
I don't see why you would play this game over so many better playing third person shooters, unless you want to build pointless fortresses around an empty world
I put like 60 hrs in this game and it is pretty fun but it got pretty repetitive near the end. After unlocking everything, base building, doing all the raids I didn't really want to keep doing them over and over.
Most PVP games get toxic, there have been very few that have stood the test of time without becoming complete sewage. Games like Foxhole and Planetside 2 blend in Co-op achievement, and that seems to extend the life of a game almost indefinitely. PVP elements that have substance rather than just getting your murder boner on make a game fun. There has to be a downside to PKing (plus an upside, of course) otherwise you get 12 year old squeakers "pwning you for the luls".
theres no way with 60 hours you completed all the raids/end game dungeons that were available in the last beta test... half of them didn't work anyway. also, the beta test was only half the game... i think we capped at level 50-60.... theres up to level 100... we only got half the map in that beta test.
This game was an oddly enjoying experience, really smooth ... I could complain that it's too easy, but I havent tried PVP or group play for real. The immersion, style and the open world feeling are unique
After seeing 'male' and 'female' and attractive characters, I immediately knew this was an Eastern game, and of course it's from CN. You'll never find this in any Western game, ever, unless it's from 20 years ago.
After the last beta, my sentiment of this game is simple. Treat it as a single player experience with some group content sprinkled in. You'll easily get your values worth and have lots of fun with the story of the game + world events... even if you don't stick around for Eternalands, you'll get plenty of value by the time you stop playing.
I pray to God that this game doesn't fall to controversies or microtransactions. The concepts and ideas in this game are also refreshingly original and cool.
as a person who isnt really into survival games but enjoys looter shooters, so far i am liking once human. the survival elements are quite easy to overcome, like i dont feel cucked every time i leave my base, i feel i can easily stock up with a bit of water and meat and then go roaming for hours
Been testing this game out a bit. I'm getting very mixed vibes from it in terms of influence... Last of us, division, secret world, control and a little hint of Guildwars2. Kinda hard not to like it so far. Fingers crossed the monetization stays non predatory :s

The only issue I have is that they use Ai voices for every character. I know no one will really care but it just messed with my experience after realizing that every character has an Ai voice after the hearing what I think was a scientist NPC by a camper van. I could be wrong about the scientist part but it’s really easy to tell it is all Ai voices once you hear the weird sounding voices. I guess you could say they were Once Human.
I don’t know how I feel about resets. I am not big on progressing and then losing everything. I don’t play a lot of video games anymore so losing my progress really fucking aggravates me but the game is fun.
I have seen the devs from Starry saying that is not p2w, only cosmetic on discord. But Netease also being here makes me worried about this. I hope its only cosmetics, if so I will try to buy most of them just to support the game.
So this is on pc and mobile but not consoles. We all know what kinds of games they put on PC. Enjoy this game while it lasts. The shop will magically change overnight one day.
Tbh i am not that impressed, nothing special to offer that we haven't seen before. Also the overall clunky gameplay and clearly buggy and poor quality NPC's and conversations. This will be in early access until they release it to be able to abandon it

I played a few hundred hours on both CB2 and CB3 and, while the game is enjoyable to play... The game dies after about 2 weeks. The excuses given are "Oh, every beta dies after a couple weeks." or "Its just a beta! STFU!" Though, i have never seen a beta for a GOOD GAME that dies after a couple weeks. Every good beta does trail off, of course... every game does launch or beta. BUT... thsi game goes from SHIT TONS of people to ... literal ghost town. There is A LOT wrong with the game when it comes top PvP, there is a lot wrong with the blue print system. Its enjoyable to play but these very important things end up raking your enjoyment over time and just... you lose interest unless playing with friends. But even when playing with friends, we had multiple hives of people and a warband last time and everyone trails off till you are playing with 2 people and cant really do anything with out other people, which have all trailed off too so you end up with 3 people on a server.

this game is going to do 6week seasons that wipe you. also 3rd boss has 4 items that need to be brought down b4 damage to main boss can be done. making it impossible for solo and people in beta were not joining ques or links ...hopefully will be diff at launch but craft and gather mobile game lols. first 2 boss fights were pretty fun though.
You can keep blueprints and quite a few other things through wipes, that boss you're talking about i believe would be the treant boss and i myself solo'd it at lvl 16 in like 5-6 mins, can now kill it in less than 2 minutes at lvl 23.
it needs a lot more polish, movment and combat feels too wonky and there are a lot of bugs other then that the game is decent . but i would say it would need another 1-2 years of dev time to feel good

you keep all of your blueprints and house after season wipe. So you dont lose everything. just materials that you bring to your personal world.
