How about KI reviewing all videos. Maybe in a few years possible.
Potentially. But then you could argue that AI could be making the videos too… another reason to drop the online qualifiers.
If you increase price by 50% there will be churn (you lose some % of previous customers)
Not necessarily if you improve the value of the product.
I’d much rather pay 30 dollar for 6 well structured workouts than 3 so so workouts tbh.
The problem with +300k Open number is that doesn't tell you how many CrossFitter don't even bother to pay the 20 USD.
I think it's easier to understand when using the Teams numbers for Germany. In Germany approx 20 registered in the Open of +300 affiliates. Literally nothing. You might assume that Teams isn't popular. Wrong. The Fitness Bundesliga (Teams comp) had +160 teams last season. The majority of teams don't participate in the CF season.
In case of Indy, what's the point for an intermediate/RX athlete to pay 20 USD to qualify for another online competition? These people spend their time stupid online qualifiers for local competitions already. Is your proposal with 800 people attractive for them? Maybe but probably most of them aren't Top-800 in Europe, and they know it - There still 10,000s of intermediate/RX athletes below the 800 outline who don't even take part in the Open anymore.
Make the Open more attractive again for all athletes. Do not try to make it ‘as inclusive’ as possible is my take.
