Thanks for the video instructions, for this one and the older one, it was a great help. I just did my Entegra Launch 19Y today, it took me roughly 4.5 hours on the ground. For MY particular van I had to trim three of my waste tank brakets (two were touching the new tank, the other was danger close). I also had to cut the tie wraps to allow some of my big heater wire bundles and hose in the front part of the new tank to allow the tank to nest into place. I also had to purchase six 5/16 or 3/8 washers because the holes were kinda large on the new brakets (maybe my rig didn't come with the factory hardware because it wasn't torx fasteners, and there were spacers needed between the brakets and frame). All in all a pretty easy install. A floor jack with a board under the new tank really helps.

If I had to do this again, here is a tip for people installing this on your Jayco Terrain, Entegra Launch and probably the Winnebago Revel. I would buy a longer piece of fuel line for your aux heater fuel pickup tube that goes into the tank so it extends closer to the bottom of the sending unit, since you'll now have more fuel in the tank as a failsafe to keep your heater from using up all your fuel. I wish S&B would at least mention this as an option so you wouldn't have to remove your tank again to do this mod. Also for people with sprinters without heaters, you might want to go ahead and install a fuel pickup hose for the future since you have the tank off.

    Why additional vent is needed?

@@timjin9156 because the tank is longer and it needs the vents to vent in 360 degrees of pitch.
