Dry Shampoo 101: How to correctly use dry shampoo to get the most out of it

- 💨 Being blessed with oily roots, I usually dry shampoo multiple times a week, starting with day 2 or day 3 hair. For darker hair colors, one of the most difficult things to gauge with dry shampoo is how much to use, especially if it’s a white spray or powder since we’re all trying to avoid that white powdery tinge in your hair if you use too much dry
shampoo.
This is the best (and easiest!) way I’ve found to use dry shampoo to make sure it’s really blended in & absorbed the excess oil for hair that looks both clean and voluminous! 💁🏻♀️

My hair gets oily less than 12 hours after washing
Sameeee! Even when I wash my hair everyday it get oily in the afternoon :C
Might help if you moisturise your scalp after washing or if you’ve got a decent conditioner apply it scalp to ends instead of just ends.
Think about your scalp care as skin care. Like how keeping your face moisturised means she doesn’t need to produce as much sebum to compensate. If that doesn’t help keep trying and just embrace that you’re also part of the gorgeous greasy gal gang :)x

Girl, don’t sleep with your dry shampoo on your scalp! It’ll damage your follicles and cause hair shedding.

@@anniemannie6 you don't need to wash your hair after using dry shampoo, but don't use it more than twice a week. It's can cause build up. You should wash your hair when it feel greasy

Her ends are so dry. She should have combed it with a boar bristle brush. Then apply the dry shampoo.
Dryshampoo over night is the worst you can do for your scalp and hair… you will lose hair over time and damage your scalp.

@@rue.eudoxie Yeah but only if you ingest it. Certain types of paint have cancerous agents, so does hair gel, but with a spray like dry shampoo, u can easily breathe those chemicals in.
